Excellent costumer service. Hotel very clean and comfortable.

We have been two families, 4 adults and 4 children. The location is perfect, the apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Good connection by metro and bus.

Perfect location, around the corner from metro and bus, not far from highlights. Breakfast included was also very nice, everything was well cared for. The reception and communication were very good. The spaces are nice and large, in a beautiful house. Bathroom fine. Sian was very easily accessible and flexible. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and use it again next time!

This place was lovely. We spent a lot of time in the pub at night. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. It was a great home away from home. This location was a bit further from downtown London and then I had anticipated. The traffic took about an hour to get into downtown at certain times. The location is quite lovely and wonderful but if you’re planning to do any tourist attractions in London consider the commute time.

So glad we found this place! It’s in a perfect location for The O2, in such a lovely neighbourhood. The pub is great with lovely food! The room was very clean and as described by the hosts who were great at helping us with any questions we had! Deffo recommend.

Lovely quirky place, great food in the tea room as well. We were visiting Kew Gardens so it couldn't have been a better location. The staff in the Tea Room were really nice and very helpful.

Very centric location in East Ham , really near to all of the East Ham location . Jacques host was very polite and decent person that he is most of the time inside the room which made easy to clear doubts etc .

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Golders Green, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and all the necessities. It made everything so convenient, and we loved having so much within walking distance. A special mention goes to Danish, who managed the property with exceptional care and attention. He was always available to assist and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing prompt responses and great local recommendations. His hospitality truly made a difference. Beautiful space, close to where I wanted to be. Carolina response time is quick and no fuzz. The only thing I would like to say is that the heater only turns on during at night.

Our room was nice and clean. The host was responsive and helpful. The lights in our room were not working but was quickly rectified by the host. Would recommend staying here! Communal bathroom and kitchen but had everything we need.

Stayed for here for a night, it’s close to central London. The kitchen, bar, and lounge are clean and organised. People are nice too.

It was peaceful, safe and comfortable to be in Jose's house. A clean and tidy house, a garden with birdsong, a bright and safe room. Jose is very hospitable and does his best to help you. See you soon, it was a nice experience.
