It's so clean and looks like the pictures. I'd like to stay again if I get a chance. The location is very steep but the beautiful scenery was well worth it. The bedding was also very comfortable. There were enough cutlery for food. Thank you.

I spent a month at the Stone House and everything was great. In the house, everything looks like in the pictures and works smoothly. I especially liked working on the sunny terrace, and the idea of the mosquito net that protects the terrace is good. The area is quiet and idyllic, the apartment overlooks the sea. The place is somewhat out of town, and the scouter is very useful to go shopping in the city or explore the area. There are also taxis available. Onur and his family are very nice and ready to help in case you have any questions or problems. I'll definitely book again.

We had a great time! The apartment has absolutely all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There is absolutely everything down to the smallest detail. The house is located on the rise, but what a stunning view from the windows!!! View of the sea, town, and mountains Ayhan is a great host and able to host! It is both close to Kaş bazaar and has incredible views. A home where you can stay comfortably with your family. The house is spotless, including kitchen supplies.

Perfect for families, the favorite is definitely the view from the balcony and the room, there is absolutely no deception, at the high point is the view; in addition, the kitchen facilities are very well equipped, in addition to the conventional kitchen utensils, extra coffee, tea, and corresponding cookware, the family tastes good taste; in the end, I was surprised by the accompanying service of the cat.

First of all, we would like to thank our hosts Safiye and Apo for their hospitality and good advice about the area from the first moment to the last. The 🌸 house has a magnificent view, as described in the descriptions and seen in the photos, waking up to such a beautiful view every morning was just one of the best parts of our accommodation experience. The house was spotless, the kitchen had all the items that could be needed, the details were thoughtfully thought out and had a perfect decoration. We came with our own car, we did not have any problems with parking, it takes a few minutes by car to get to the bazaar and the sea, and there is also a short route on foot for those without a car. Thank you so much for everything, it is a home that we will definitely want to come back to and I would sincerely recommend it to anyone.

What a stunning spot!!! Gorgeous views, patio facing the sunset, beautiful pool, our very own personal sea access, private and quiet location, lovely kitchen and ample ample space for a large group. Hilary was a great host and made us feel welcome before we had even arrived. We will be back again!!

We really enjoyed our stay there and we definitely recommend it. The appartment has everything you might need for long-term stay (well equipped kitchen, heating / cooling, washing machine..), you can watch Tahtali mountain from the balcony with every meal, there is a great citrus garden available - we had fresh oranges every day. It is close to the shops, sea, great for hikes (Lycian way, Tahtali mountain) and for various bike rides. In Tekirova, there is a local market every Tuesday nearby the flat, so you can get a load of fresh fruits and veggies. Kaan is very friendly and he always responded quickly to any of our requests. As one of the examples of the hospitality, there was nice refreshment ready when we arrived which we really appreaciate after the travel. Overall, great experience.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

The place was a palace, we’ve felt like royalty! The pool was nice, functional kitchen, AC, lots of space and a great view to enjoy it all. You need to get a car to go around Kaş, there is a parking space!

Ms. Özlem and her family were very friendly, humble and helpful people. She answered every question we had with urgency. The house was extremely clean, tidy, as in the exact photos and peaceful. Although we went to Olympos Adrasan side, it was our first time on the Karaöz side and it was definitely worth it. Thanks to him, we were also very pleased with the boat tour we found. We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Alparslan’s place. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed and fully matching the description. We felt at home. The sea was like 5 minutes of walking with a few decent options for eating out along the way. Alparslan provided us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be helpful. He was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I’m glad we ended up choosing that place for our family vacation and I can easily recommend it to my friends.

We had a pleasant stay at Hayri's place, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hayri's warm and friendly welcome during check-in immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to give us a detailed tour of the house, which we appreciated. The location of the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having our own car made it convenient to explore the town and its surroundings. However, it's important to note that Hayri's place is situated in the elevated part of town. While this provides scenic views, it might require a bit of effort if you plan to walk back to the house, especially for those who prefer a flat terrain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we found the accommodation to be well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming host and don't mind the uphill walk, Hayri's place is a good choice for your stay.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

From our point of view, it was an impeccable accommodation. Cleanliness, safety, and diversity of snacks and fixtures were also good. The host is very friendly and communicative.The only downside is that it's in the center of the shopping mall, so it's noisy at night, but this also works for a good advantage. When you open the windows and the living room terrace at night, the play of the band live has made us fall in love with the world of romance. When I slept at night, I was able to sleep quietly thanks to the good earplugs provided by the host. If I visit Kash again next time, I will definitely use the same place. Loved it!

This was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The winter season is very quiet in the region. I was in Turkiye visiting friends and working remote and was glad to have this peaceful space to come home to. For remote work I require a reliable internet connection with fast speed and this was exactly what was available to me here. No issues at all! For breaks I could easily walk across the main road to the beach which I often had to myself. The convenience store was easily accessible. And the bus stop was right there so I could travel back and forth easily to Kumluca. Great location, all the amenities I needed, great communication from the host, responded quickly when I had questions, very clean space!
