Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Fernie

We were a big (6 adults and 4 children) multi generational family from 4 different time zones. Stephen’s place was perfect. There was lots of room for us all to be together as well as lots of smaller spaces for different groups to congregate. It was extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and had gorgeous views from all the windows. We really appreciated the boot and mitt dryer in the garage, clear instructions (including labeling of all light switches!), the check out check list, shampoo and body lotion in all the bathrooms. Adults and children thought the hot tub was awesome! All in all, a five star experience.

Our stay with Chris was wonderful! He was responsive right from the time of booking, even offering to add in a crockpot when we inquired if it had one. He sent us messages with answers to questions before we even had the time to ask! Instructions were so clear. The space was beautiful and so comfortable. Beds, pillows, couches and rugs were so comfy to sprawl out after a long day on the hill. He was super quick to resolve any issues- we had one small one (with a microwave that couldn’t be helped) and they had it solved within an hour! Has been our favourite stay in Fernie yet! We were worried the walk/ride to the hill would be long but it wasn’t bad at all!

Exactly what we were looking for! Great location to ski and walk to the village for beers. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

This property is one of the nicest Airbnb’s that we have ever stayed in, exactly as shown in photos. This was a fantastic place for us to spend our Fernie ski vacation and we would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a premium residence. Note: we decided to make the easy drive to the parking lot for the start of our ski day due to the walk being quite long in ski boots.

Maria’s was terrific. It is a beautiful condo with fabulous amenities. Our family so enjoyed our stay. The game room was especially wonderful and perfect for the older teens we brought.

We had an amazing weekend getaway to Fernie, and Sandra's place was perfect for our group. We would definitely rent that place again.

Beautiful place, spacious and more than everything we needed for the week. Clean and well stocked kitchen, towels, laundry etc. Gorgeous views of the mountain from many rooms in the home. Patio area and swim spa were a great addition for Apres ski. Would definitely recommend this place. Stephen was very responsive if we needed anything but definitely had more than we needed. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay during our vacation.

This condo is a great space. It’s very functional and comfortable. More than anything however, the views are absolutely the best that I have ever had while on a ski trip. Obviously part of that is Fernie‘s natural beauty, but the views from the living room were absolutely spectacular!

The lodge and hosts were both amazing! We were greeted upon arrival and given a walk-through of the house. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions throughout our stay. This accommodation is perfect for large groups and so close to the ski hill. We loved the industrial kitchen, steam room, hot tub, and large common area. We hope to be back next year!

My family and I just had a very lovely stay at Tanjou and Robb’s. The condo was clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen had every thing we could need for cooking meals. They even had a coffee grinder for our beans and a popcorn maker. The living room was super cozy with room for the three of us to snuggle up as a family and enjoy a movie night. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hitting the slopes. Clean and a really great size. It sits on the balcony and looks over the forest. So relaxing. There are two spacious bedrooms. The master has its own ensuite too. The beds were very comfortable. We could walk up to the Elk Chair and it was quick ski right down to the parking lot of the condo complex at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our mountain getaway and will definitely come back to stay here!

Great place to stay if you have a larger group

We rented this home for a group of 8 skiers who have been going on ski trips for over 25 years. I think that everyone agreed that this was the best one we have rented. Very beautiful inside and out. Loved the fireplace and available firewood. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for our group with two refrigerators. We cooked one dinner and one breakfast and it had everything we needed. Never felt crowded. The ski in / ski out was so nice with only a very short amount of walking required. Hot tub was so nice after a day on the slopes and fit 4-5 people. All in all I’d say you can’t go wrong renting this house.

Great place to stay. Facing the ski mountain and easy to hop on Elk Chair lift and take the Ell ski run to the back side of the building. The fireplace was great and the building was so quiet. They also had fans to turn on while sleeping for white noise and the bed was comfy. Other reviews are right it’s a little dated but super clean and cozy. It would go a long way to make small upgrades so the shower head was better and the shower curtain didn’t float up. Overall, an excellent stay and I plan to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay in fernie at Brad’s accomodation! He is by far the best host I’ve stayed with. Super friendly, fantastic communication, was very accommodating and went over and above for our stay. Let us know we could check in early/ depart late if we wanted. Updated us on the snow fernie had been having as he knew we were from overseas. Ski in ski out fantastic after a long day. If we come back to Canada we will 100% be back to stay. Highly recommend you stay here!

We loved our stay and hope to return! The location was fabulous and the condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. And you can’t beat the ski in/out location.

We had a small hiccup at check in that was out of the host's control, but David was quick to respond and help us get settled in. We were very happy with the unit and really enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfy and everything was as described in the listing. Would happily rent this place again.

The ski in/out location right beside chairlift was the best! No long walks in ski boots or packing everything in the car. The outdoor hot tub and pool with views of the resort mountains was another highlight. The condo had everything we needed for making our own meals and the plus was the local artwork that featured local wildlife and outdoor activities. Great communication and value. Only improvement we’d suggest is the sofabed. Our daughter felt coils in her back while trying to sleep so either a thicker mattress pad for now or new mattress? Thank you again Tanya for a lovely place to stay in Fernie on the mountain!

We enjoyed the condo and the location worked well for touring around.

Great location close to the chair lift a little leg burner getting there but a quick ski down to the condo from the ski resort. Hot tub was great along with the bbq. We would stay again.

Great spot on the hill. Loved meeting people at the hot tub from all over Canada and the world. Lots of spices in cabinet and different flavored teas which is great because my kids and I don't drink coffee. Beds were very comfortable.
