This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers a safe, secure sanctuary in a great location with easy walking access to the marina, the historical centre, tourist sights, shopping and services. The hosts were always easily accessible and available to assist with any requirement. We only wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed the view for longer!

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Very beautiful place and very peaceful. Beautiful area to visit Umbria and its many famous sites. Giuseppina and her son Maurizio are lovely hosts. Very helpful and friendly. Overall a beautiful experience. Two comments: to reach the toilet one has to cross one of the bedrooms (not a problem for us but good to know). And many restaurants in Magione were already closed in October (not the hosts’ ‘mistake’ but good to know too).

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.
