This was the second time staying with James and it was a good value, and although there were some vignettes in the process, the issue was handled promptly, and in the future Tainan will choose to stay at James' place.

Considering all the factors of travelling in a foreign country, this stay is of the best value.

Owner was super welcoming and thoughtful❤️ Remodeled the old house very warm and cozy Also stocked in the kitchen with popsicles, toast and jam The location of the house is really quiet, in a small lane, but it took a long time to get out to Hai 'an Road, a lot of food and entertainment, no matter in the morning or at night, you are not afraid to go hungry. The best part is that there is a parking space!And it's right where you don't have to walk three minutes which is great👏🏼

Owner was so friendly, room was so cosy, big , very good price, high floor with nice view, shower pressure was excellent, air con was so cool without any issue. walked a short distance to library, sogo, harbour, food street, subway cafe, etc. Like to recommend!

It’s a great experience which just like grandparents house. I believe that host spent a lot of time to decorate and keep everything running well. The best part is near the most popular tourism spot. You can spent great time every night and day. If you are the person who is wiling to find this spot in the historical alley. Sorry for typing English , wish everyone will have good time there for sure. If you want to live in, I will suggest driving might not be better because there are so crowded. The parking lot near also can help you saving some time.

Whenever we go to Tainan, we will stay here!! The hosts were incredible, so helpful, so friendly!! absolutely gorgeous location, the plants outside the front door give it a cozy garden feel, we felt right at home! Perfect location to the main attractions in Tainan!

Lovely hostel

The host was very detailed in detail about all the amenities, and there were so many things provided. It was rare to provide a lot of double beds. It was very convenient!

The house is fully furnished with warm amenities

Great house tucked away in a tiny alley way. Inside it has loads fun little nooks for one to have their own space, while large communal area / kitchen / yard keeps the groups mingling with one another. Walking distance always from pretty much all tourist spots in Tainan.

Check in was simple and the room was comfortable and nice.

Great stay. Very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive. Had elevator. Located near lots of places to eat. Would stay again!

The host is friendly and responds to messages instantly. The house is very close to the exit of the MRT station. It is very convenient. The layout of the room is exactly like the photos, and it is clean and tidy. It is a good choice for many people to stay!

Nice place to stay if you’re travelling to Kaohsiung. The small apartment is well situated in the intersection between the two MRT lines making it a convenient stay for those looking to explore the city. Two night markets within minutes mean lots of activities right at your doorstep. You’re given all toiletries you would need for your stay as well as water and a fridge. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom with only some frosted glass without a door so offers only limited privacy from your partner. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and would come back.

Travelling with an infant is always challenging. Thanks to Gigi , We had an amazing experience staying at Gigi’s place! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. Gigi is very thoughtful she prepared shower gel and a small bathtub for my little baby too .

We had a great stay in this place. Vicky is an amazing host. Instructions were clear, and the place smelled very nice when we checked in. The location is unbeatable. If you enjoy night markets, like me, you are in for a treat. Surely I will book again when suitable.
