Here are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fishing cleaning area and a lovely large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is around the entire lower floor of a family house. Here you can find it all for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, meadow, pond and carport is at your sole disposal. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it's only 500 m away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog, the property is fenced.

The home is located in lovely surroundings and with sea views from the roof terrace. The home is newly renovated and decorated uniquely and with a lot of “housekeeper art” on the walls.
