Jon is very responsive and helpful. Very accommodating and flexible.

A great place. Clean and stylish. In a great neighborhood. Parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Everything was easy, and we knew we were in the right place because there was a welcome sign with our name on it.

I thought the space was unique and we were comfortable once we got settled in. I liked the quiet neighborhood and we were pretty close to a variety of restaurants.

Tarp's place is beautiful, just as pictured. I joked that we could have just stayed inside the unit all weekend to admire the decor! Very tasteful! Everything we needed was supplied, and it was a convenient walk to some great shops and restaurants. A standout for us was Lexteeton, super fun and Tarp left a coupon code. Would highly recommend his place, and we would 100% stay there again when we return!

My daughter and I came into town for a wedding. James apartment was very clean, and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a huge plus. The location was perfect! Close to everything we needed. James was a great host, very friendly and hospitable. I have already recommended James place to friends that also visit Lexington. It was nice to meet and chat with you , James! 😊

Breck and Linda’s place was exactly as described and more. We were so very pleased with the amount of space, the well stocked kitchen, and the walkability! As hosts, Breck and Linda communicated clearly and timely. This would be a great place for 2 couples, a family, or a group of friends. Thank you for helping make our snowy Lexington weekend so enjoyable!

Carlotta is a great host! She's very responsive and have clear detailed instructions about how to get to the home and how to get inside. The home was beautiful with tons of interesting and beautiful items in display. I only wish I had booked more time there!

Amy was a joy to work with. Very polite and always responsive. Her house was very clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Local to shops, parks and restaurants. Fenced in backyard with patio was perfect for being outside with our dog. Having the grill was a plus as well. We were very happy with our stay and with Amy.

Thank you for helping us. The house was great. We had a great weekend at my grandson's wedding.

Beautiful home in a safe environment. Very close to local attractions and restaurants. Robert is very responsive and flexible. He even set up a tree for us for the Christmas Holiday.

I stayed at Zach's property with my girlfriend who traveled from Australia to visit. The house was beautiful, with the heart of Lexington close by and Zach's correspondence and communication was spectacular. There are kitchen staples (herbs, flour, sugar etc) which was super helpful and reduced costs for groceries. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area, we would love to come back again.

So cute! Very much enjoyed our time! Great little spot that was super close to downtown! Super responsive and helpful! If you’re a light sleeper that needs it dark at night, I’d bring a sleep mask because the lights from the street and homes next door were bright.

Great place and super clean! Highly recommend. We were attending the bball game (KY v. AR) and we were just a few city blocks away. The bed was super comfy and the floors and baseboards were so clean and they had games available and snacks. Hosts communicated with us so promptly. Check out was a BREEZE. Highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Larissa’s place. Everything was clean and as described. Location is excellent, walking distance from Kroger, lots of restaurants and an easy Uber ride to almost everywhere in the city. She was very accommodating of our requests and made sure we had everything we need. Highly recommended her place!

Fantastic location to Rupp and surrounding bars. Maybe a 10 minute walk to them? Safe neighborhood as well. We had no issues walking back from the game at midnight. Place was extremely clean, water didn't smell (Lexington notorious for sulfur smell), good towels and clean linens. If I "had" to complain I would say if you were a light sleeper, I would bring ear plugs as you are in the city and get all the normal noises. The water pressure isn't the best and the turn in for the parking lot needs a sign or bright hi-vis marker to let you know you need to turn. None of these are deal breakers. Very pleasant stay and worth the price. Excellent safe & secure parking too. Will be back if they have us. TY

Airbnb- 10/10😍 Super cozy! Definitely the best, most convenient, and well kept Airbnb. The host is SUPER thoughtful when maintaining the space, she provided everything we could’ve needed: plenty of towels (body, rags, AND MAKEUP??😍), extra tooth brushes, feminine products, makeup wipes, had PLENTY of blankets to snuggle up with, and had so many pamphlets with great recommendations on what to to.

Nice apartment. Perfect location from my kids UK house. Will stay again if available.

We had a lovely stay at John’s beautiful condo in downtown Lexington. The location is great. The condo was spotless and well appointed. It’s very spacious. And the beds are super comfy!

This location was fantastic, and the place was perfect! We stayed for one night, just breaking up a long drive, and ended up having some of the best food (Carson’s for dinner, Lockbox for breakfast), both of which were walking distance. The area was well lit, and felt very safe, especially with a police station in eye sight from our place. We highly recommend!
