Cottage vacation rentals in Farnham

We had a wonderful few days at the Pump House with our 4 month old. It’s a perfect little countryside bolthole in a beautiful setting, very comfortable with all the facilities you would expect and need. Will be visiting again

We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The cottage itself is very homely, and had a warm feel from the moment we arrived. The garden had everything for a couple - different seating areas, a BBQ, and a log burner. The hot tub is large and gorgeous, and because it’s sheltered, it is an all hours and all weather haven! We felt like we could be there without disturbing anybody. There were fresh robes and slippers waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. Helen was incredibly responsive with any questions we had, and was very kind too. There is a useful local map inside the cottage with shops and entertainment, and an extensive list of other amenities such as takeaways. We had a great time!

Big warm house . Hot tub was great Garden was safe for the children. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Only negative comment , please check the oven shelves because they were the wrong size and it was difficult to use oven as shelves kept falling to bottom of oven. Plenty of parking , easy directions to house and plethora do in Windsor . A great venue for a family weekend Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Spring Cottage for Christmas. The house is spacious whilst feeling homely with a cosy fire and sociable living space. The welcome hamper was also a lovely surprise! Terry is a responsive and friendly host, who was there to greet us at check in and check out. The location is excellent, a stones throw from the Black Horse village pub and the cottage has lovely views of the South Downs. We would love to come back in the summer to make most of the outdoor space!

We were over from Australia visiting family in the area - this house was such a great find for us. Justin had the pool at a great temperature which was perfect to be able to swim in Winter, we didn't use the spa but it was a good temperature too. The house catered for everyone, the kitchen was great and well stocked with everything you'd need to use (our kids loved the fridge with its crushed ice option), the lounge was very cosy and welcoming and we really enjoyed the dining area in the conservatory. As an extra touch, the downstairs of the house had been decorated for Christmas and it gave the house a lovely homely feel especially for us being away from home. We had a couple of questions about the house and Justin was available immediately to help us. We had a great time at the house and would definitely re-book in the future!

Neil was a great and flexible host. We based ourselves in the Airbnb over Christmas and he made a special effort to make it feel festive, with a Christmas tree and decorations. On arrival he came to welcome us and show us how the stove and hot tub worked. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable and everything done to a high standard. Directions to the cottage were 100 % easy to follow. Highly recommend.

Stayed at the hideaway for our anniversary, it was such a beautiful and peaceful location with the most amazing view. The house was full of beautiful art and photography and we felt at home right away. It’s in a perfectly secluded location whilst still being so close to so many lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. Would most definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay over the New Year’s Eve period. The property was exactly as described, and Carina was so friendly, proactive, and quick to respond in all our communications. The area is absolutely beautiful, even in the heart of winter, and it’s conveniently close to transportation into London. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a charming little property, I highly recommend this place!

A cute and well supplied cottage, exactly per the listing, in a lovely area. Take eco logs for the fire. Recommended.

Very comfortable stay for our friends reunion in Caroline's lovely country cottage in Shawford which is convenient for our sightseeing via the M3, trains and the no. 1 bus (to Winchester and Southampton). There are lovely walks and paths to enjoy but a bit of train noise too. The cottage is clean and well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The instructions for check in are clear although the photo on the website does not bear resemblance to it. Caroline is kind and responsive and met our needs when we messaged. Thank you again.

Beautiful cottage, was very well equipped, cosy and comfortable, a lovely welcome hamper awaited us too. Very well placed for exploring the local area, we visited Chichester, Bosham, Pagham harbour and Arundel. Our dog was very comfortable here too as there was a fully enclosed little garden. Would highly recommend this property and felt it was very good value for money, we will definitely return

Perfect communication and the location is stunning and absolutely perfect for a quiet weekend. Arwenne is very helpful and communication was proactive and caring and we had a really enjoyable weekend as a result. Could not recommend and higher.

Great house, beautiful location. Good dog walks locally, nice pub and restaurant next door. Plenty of space in the house for bigger groups, loads of parking and the garden was great.

Such a stunning spot and a beautiful house. The host is so welcoming and the accommodation is so cosy. It is our second visit and we would definitely come again.

Mary-Ann was so helpful prior to the stay giving recommendations about places to eat. As we were there during a storm, we lost electricity and Mary-Ann went over and above delivering extra blankets, food and hot thermos. She also checked on us in the morning and delivered hot breakfast. Simply amazing, especially when there was nothing she could do about the national electricity outage. We can't wait to come back!

Lucy's cottage is comfortable and cosy and beautifully appointed in a lush garden and fields - the surroundings are quiet and rural - the nearest shop (a village store) is a 6 min single track road drive away, so come prepared for a bit of relative isolation. The walks are lovely and Blackheath is easily accessed with bridle paths and public footpaths galore. I enjoyed my stay and my dogs were in heaven

Cathia was an incredible host and made me feel so welcome. I was staying with my bridesmaids for my wedding and Cathia made the trip extra special. She is super responsive and her place is beautiful! Thank you so much!

This is a lovely little house in an exceptional village. Lots to while away a day or more in the village with great coffee shops, restaurants, wine bar, all close to hand. Two supermarkets as well and right on the doorstep of wonderful walks and seaside air. Highly recommended

Hamis & Susie, what great hosts. We loved the cottage. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and so comfortable when the fire was lite. The cottage is in a brilliant location. We stayed with two young kids and a toddler, Hamis & Susie had the house fully catered for them (cots, beds, wooden train set etc). All I can say is our hosts were excellent. We have very clear information & communication from Check in / to check out, they helped us immensely with local food recommendations, local kids attractions & entertainment, added benefits is that the cottage is just a 2 minute short walk into Windsor Great Park. We definitely recommend the gorgeous cottage and we’d definitely will stay again.

Every year we go away for a little break, just girls and the dog. somewhere to hole up for a weekend, get cozy and eat some nice food and walk with a little trip to the pub. this ticked every box for us. Comfy sofas is front of a roaring fire. lovely walks direct from the house, very well kitted out kitchen and two local pubs. Julia was very helpful would thoroughly recommend Apple Tree House.

Fantastic two bedroom property. I really recommend this for exploring the west end of the South Downs. We walked and cycled several sections during our stay. The property is finished to a high standard and is well equipped. It was great to have the use of a washing machine when we returned to the property with muddy clothes after exploring. We'd like to go back in the future.

Lovely property and location. Excellent base for exploring the south coast and Westbourne village is very pretty. Recommended.
