Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Farmington

We stayed here for a few nights for trip to Sunday River. The house was great, everything was clean and as described. Sunday River was about 28 minutes away, with several close stores/ restaurants. Would love to stay here again if we come back this way

This was a really nice house on a beautiful lake. The beds were comfortable and there were enough to accommodate us. It was very clean and easy to enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had such a nice stay at the Irish Chalet! The place is even nicer than the pictures. There’s so much space to relax, and our large group really enjoyed ourselves. Also very grateful that it is dog friendly. We will definitely be back!

This place for was perfect for our ski trip. The home had plenty of beds for all of us and enough room for us to all hang out. The hot tub was an excellent addition to relax after a long day of skiing. The house is very private and gives that secluded feeling. Overall, we loved the house and would totally stay again.

Such a beautiful property! The river & waterfall are gorgeous! Would live to come back in summer to enjoy the outside. We visited in Jan for my sons wedding but would love to come back in warmer weather. The hone is so cozy and was very clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great cabin! Remote and beautiful. Hot tub was lovely. James was communicative and his folks took care of snow plowing right away after a storm. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most incredible experience at Chelsey & Andrew's place! The home was absolutely immaculate—spotless, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Chelsey & Andrew went above and beyond by leaving us thoughtful treats, which was such a warm and welcoming touch. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were fantastic, and we loved exploring the area based on their suggestions. When a snowstorm hit during our stay, they were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay and ensuring we were safe and comfortable. They even shoveled and plowed multiple times to make sure we could get out when needed. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend Chelsey & Andrew enough. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future!

This place was fantastic! Very charming, cozy, and well-equipped. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing. Brett was an excellent host- he truly thought of everything. Our group drove in two cars, and Brett made sure to shovel enough space at the base of the driveway for both to fit. He also provided sleds to help transport our things up- a great idea! We really enjoyed it here and would love to stay again in the future. Thanks, Brett!

A beautiful, private, quiet space with great big windows looking out over Sunday River-stunning views!! Easy access and quick communication with host. Would highly recommend this place to relax and enjoy all Maine has to offer.

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

Lyn and Bruce are wonderful people..this is our 5th stay with them! Always helpful and an all around great hosts! Place is always clean, the view is beyond words of beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! God willing, we will go back again next year, same time. same place!

We had a wonderful stay! Lisa is very responsive and so nice. We quickly made friends with Bella, the resident dog, and she is the sweetest pup. We were surprised with a Thanksgiving snow storm and the town lost power but there is a whole house generator, so we didn’t skip a beat or notice the power outage, which was so nice! There is a coffee pot on site (not a Keurig) and Lisa provided coffee grounds, which was amazing because we brought coffee pods. The bathroom is directly off the bedroom but there is no door, so if you need more privacy, I’d plan to tack up a blanket. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the property is peaceful. A gas station with a Dunkin is just a just a minute or two down the road and very convenient. We would definitely return.

We had a nice peaceful stay. Ben was very responsive to all questions. The place had what we needed for the few days we stayed. Highly recommend.

The place worked perfectly for our family. Very close walk to the ski run and Snubber chair, so easy ski in/ski out. The place was well outfitted and comfortable, perhaps slightly dated but that did not negatively impact our stay whatsoever. Was disappointed there was not wifi - to me that is a base requirement these days (in fairness, the advertisement may have indicated no-wifi, but if so I did not notice it and was not aware of it until I received the email with check-in instructions and unit details).

Diane’s place is everything you would want and more. Super cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet area. She went above and beyond for us as we were up there buying a boat and needed to make sure we had enough space to park. We can not wait to book this place again. You will not be disappointed… Thank you again Diane

This was a perfect spot for our family of four for the weekend! The condo is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Great location for ski in / ski out and connected right to the pool. Highly recommend!

The place meet all expectations. Great location right by a trail and down to the lifts. Access to the pool, hot tub, and sauna was nice after a long day on the slopes. Stephanie was pleasant to deal with. We would definitely come back.
