Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Farmington

We recently stayed for a ski weekend and had an incredible time. The home has a great layout for groups, was close to a ton of winter activities, and was a fantastic place to unwind. We would love to book a stay in the summer next!

We stayed here for a few nights for trip to Sunday River. The house was great, everything was clean and as described. Sunday River was about 28 minutes away, with several close stores/ restaurants. Would love to stay here again if we come back this way

Jeff was super responsive to me when I had questions. The space was beautiful, clean, and easily accessible. Jeff provided everything you might need for your stay. Would recommend!

Attractive, immaculately clean, well-equipped home in beautiful, serene lakeside setting. Very much appreciated whole-house generator when power went out in the area due to a Thanksgiving day snow storm. Would like to go back next year!

This was a really nice house on a beautiful lake. The beds were comfortable and there were enough to accommodate us. It was very clean and easy to enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights w our dogs. It was a good location close to downtown Bethel and a 15min drive to Sunday River. House was comfortable and had a spacious full kitchen and dining area. A nice firepit by the river was a nice treat as well. WiFi was fast and a Roku tv w all apps. Despite being close to the road house was very quiet at night. Coffee that they provided us was so good! The mattress was very firm and difficult to sleep on and the cleaners left laundry still in the washer, sheets on top of dryer and dishes in the dishwasher.

Fantastic place! Plenty of room inside and outside for gatherings. The two docks and ample kayaks, canoes, paddle boards made this the perfect summer weekend! Hope to stay again next year.

Very cute and comfortable stay! Walkable to everything in downtown Rangeley and a short drive to Saddleback. Would stay again!

Really wonderful place. It is part of a house in a quiet neighborhood. Never heard the people staying in one of the other units. Clean, well stocked, nice touches throughout. Owners very responsive & good natured when I had a problem (which in fact was a false alarm). Will definitely stay again!

Michael went above and beyond making sure I could check in early! Perfect location with lots of privacy only 15 minutes from Sunday River. Apartment was immaculate!

Tim and Joanne were very friendly and a pleasure to meet. Their property is easy to get to, and in a wonderful countryside The 2nd floor apartment is up a single set of stairs, easy to access, and perfectly clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we found a generous amount of snacks and beverages, including fresh fruit and blueberry muffins ! MANY thanks again !

Lyn and Bruce are wonderful people..this is our 5th stay with them! Always helpful and an all around great hosts! Place is always clean, the view is beyond words of beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! God willing, we will go back again next year, same time. same place!

We had a wonderful stay! Lisa is very responsive and so nice. We quickly made friends with Bella, the resident dog, and she is the sweetest pup. We were surprised with a Thanksgiving snow storm and the town lost power but there is a whole house generator, so we didn’t skip a beat or notice the power outage, which was so nice! There is a coffee pot on site (not a Keurig) and Lisa provided coffee grounds, which was amazing because we brought coffee pods. The bathroom is directly off the bedroom but there is no door, so if you need more privacy, I’d plan to tack up a blanket. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the property is peaceful. A gas station with a Dunkin is just a just a minute or two down the road and very convenient. We would definitely return.

We loved the place. Lora was very friendly and constantly in touch till the time we reached. The house was very clean and welcoming. Recommend if you plan to visit Maine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chris's place. It was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here for the second time. The sugar tree location is great ski in and out as well as convenient for ski school and dinning out at night. The space is multi-functional and comfortable.

Diane’s place is fantastic for a couple or a small family or even work buddies. Kitchen was completely appointed all the stuff you need to enjoy meals, washer, and dryer everything on one floor I couldn’t have asked for anything better.!

Beautiful condo!!

We’ve stayed here a few times and have had a great stay each time. Both of the hosts communicate very well and are great to work with. They really go above and beyond in communicating and making sure we are comfortable. Great location and great condo overall. Fits family of five using the pull out couch. East to get to Snubber lift.

Beth’s place was cute and cozy. It was ski in/out. Centrally located and quiet. Has everything you need for a great stay.

The house looked great in the photos but it’s even nicer in person. Spotless, roomy, beautiful view, easy ski-on / ski-off, fireplace, nice kitchen, two king beds plus two rooms with bunk beds for the kids, large dining area. We hope to return soon.

Great location for skiing at Sunday River and getting to town for food. All 7 of us were comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The waffle maker was a big hit! The neighborhood is quiet and great for long walks.
