First of all, we were very happy to know Ms. Aysel and her family. Their hospitality was excellent. They hosted us extremely nicely. This house is ideal for those who want to vacation in the Dikili area. We were very comfortable with our 2-year-old baby. Our host was very kind and polite, graciously answered our questions, left us fruit, wonderful anise cookies and ouzo. The house was very comfortable and cozy, only the pillows were a little high for us, but this is a purely personal inconvenience. The house was cleaned once again in the 5 days we were there, which is a very good practice. Having a parking lot is a big advantage. The house is clean, spacious and absolutely delightful. The only change I would like about the house would be to add a shower cabin, the floors are getting very wet in the current situation. We thank you for everything and recommend the house to everyone who will come to the region. If we come to a more crowded place, we would like to rent the villa with a pool next door.

Elaionas Waterfront Villa is one of the best airbnb experiences we have ever had. The house is a hidden gem in an olive orchard with beautiful scenery of the Aegean sea. Location is ideal, 10 minutes driving distance to the Mytilene, but isolated from the noise of the city. The house is well equipped with all equipment and amenities in a holiday house. Alexis is the cherry on the cake. He welcomed us with a warm welcome late in the evening. He reserved a restaurant for dinner and provided us with local delicacies, (olive oil, honey and a yummy jam made by his wife) for breakfast. He has been gentle to provide us info on the best beaches and restaurants of the island. We will definitely come back.

Στρατής is an amazing host, extra attentive and very responsive. He makes everything to ensure his guests have a good stay. Communication was very good, he is always here when you need something. The house itself was really clean and has a very beautiful view. It is located in a small village, so perfect for those who look for a calm and peaceful place. If you don’t have a car for visiting around, taxi is a good solution (30€ for the round trip to Mytilini, and 40€ for Paralia Charamida, one of the closest and best beaches around). We definitely recommend this place!

We went with my family, we were very satisfied, I recommend it with you, Mr. Ayberk and his wife are friendly guests, thank you very much to both of them. The house is very well cleaned, it is a perfect place in terms of price and performance, the garden is a very nice playground for my child, there is no traffic 10 minutes to all the beautiful beaches by car, there is a pleasant village atmosphere, boat tours, beacler nature walk, etc. I reserved my 1 day for Ayvalık for 45 minutes by car, there is a lot to do in this location, there is a peace and fun for those looking for peace and fun, we have a definite holiday here next year👏👏🙏

A gem for those who love being close to nature. There are no words to describe the night sky and the sound of the sea from the lounge spaces at night... The beach is lovely and very accessible. Tavari is at walking distance for those who like walking and a safe walk. The room was very spacious and felt at home immediately. Everything is arranged with love and care by Christina, a wonderful host. Her vibe creates a calm and loving environment. It's hard to leave this place without feeling reborn.
