Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, Steve was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The place was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect too! Quiet, peaceful and close to everything. Overall it was a great experience and would absolutely recommend this place.

A quick weekend girls trip. We enjoyed the outside space, porch, corn hole and view. Beds and couch were comfy. Would stay again!

This was our second stay at Deborah’s home. The home is perfect for our needs and we love the location. Being able to walk to coffee shops, town and the farmers market is a plus! Deborah is a wonderful and accommodating host!

The "Boatel" house boat was very nautical, breat balcony views, lots of Avian and Aquatic wildlife on the river made for a peaceful experience.

This was our second stay for a relaxing New Years with our dear friends. Perfect distance and location for us - Eric’s home is like going to your home…but better. For us the kitchen, dining room and two family/living rooms make this perfect for our gathering. Well equipped and beautiful kitchen gives us all a chance to cook, and the dining room is perfect for all of us. The house is as pictured- pristine and beautiful. Highly recommend and would really like to come back in the Summer to enjoy the beautiful grounds and pool!

My family and I had stayed at Kristin’s house for NYE and we had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, the backyard was perfect for our dogs, we enjoyed hanging out by the bonfire and in the hot tub, and the location was so convenient! We could walk into town when the weather was nice, and really enjoyed exploring Greenport! I highly recommend for any group looking for a place to stay in Greenport!

Perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of space for 7. We traveled mid October and the weather was beautiful! Plenty of places to sit outside and inside. There is an outside gas fireplace right on the beach, which was a great place to have an evening cocktails and relax! The house was accommodating, clean, and fully equipped. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

I have rented in the Hamptons for a while, and this was an exceptional experience, handled by a kind host who is a true professional in client services. The location is great, and often out east one has to choose between a well maintained rental property and prime location, but not so here. The spacious house is so well kept and comfortable and the property is beautiful. There is a lot to do driving 10/15 mins and plenty in walking distance too. Make time for enjoying the light from the water right outside the door from the comfortable well designed lounge/dining area that each house has. The landscape of the property is gorgeous and smart - it creates natural privacy between houses. Having a beach pass is a golden ticket out there - we enjoyed both ocean and bay beach swims. We liked the ease of walking around the neighborhood and also using the bikes at sunset. It was a special and relaxing experience, and we enjoyed meeting John.
