Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fall River

Great place just outside the downtown area. Nice & Clean home with plenty of amenities and just as the description states. Not too far of a drive to downtown but quieter location.

We were celebrating a 50th birthday with a spa day nearby. The 4 bedrooms was a dream! The house had all we needed and then some. The host was amazing from beginning to end. Responsive. Proactive. Friendly. We spent 2 stormy nights and we're cozy the whole time. Thanks for the great weekend.

Originally thought is was a bit high of a price but after seeing the property we were very pleased with it. It was quiet and clean abd in a nice area with a good view. Woukd definatly recomment this propertyto anyone looking for a place to go whether for a night or an extended stay.

We had a great stay at Owl & Otter! We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough space for everyone! We had two dogs staying with us and they loved the walking trail. Having the event space downstairs made it easy for us to all hang out while not disturbing any of our friends who wanted to sleep upstairs. Emily was super responsive and was always quick to answer any questions that we had! Definitely would stay again :)

Our family had a fantastic Christmas at Deanna’s. It looks exactly as advertised, and is just really comfortable. Deanna was very helpful and timely in responding to questions, prior to, and during our stay. She was very flexible and accommodating to meet our timing needs. Awesome location and view. The accommodation is great, well taken care of and great for a family stay. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

We had an excellent stay over the holidays with family. The ocean view is spectacular, especially at sunset! Views from The Nest are particularly breathtaking. Enjoyed the cozy fireplace. The place is fully stocked and immaculate. Lots of table and kitchen island space to eat together, play games, etc. We highly recommend Kim’s place and will stay here again!

Well appointed and clean. Very responsive host - addressed minor maintenance items quickly and cleared driveway and porch immediately after snowfall. Excellent Internet speed and Television services. Occasional noise from downstairs tenant and nearby highway. Close to stores and restaurants.

Loved the layout of place and the no stairs. Zack cleared out our step and driveway right away after a snow storm. Heat was not and issue and very comfortable setting. Only thing was washing dishes is a thing you must do after each meal has there was no dishwasher. Would stay again and recommend.

Barry is very helpful if you need any help. I was with my Fiancee. I need some help with clicking photos. He came out on my request to take photos. I really appreciate his action. Accommodation is very clean, no stains at all. Positive vibe and calm surrounding. My experience was 10/10 with his place. No complaints from our side related to cleanliness. Easy to park your vehicle on the driveway.

First time using air b&b we had chosen to stay at Abigail’s unit 3. The location was great. It was close to all the places we wanted to go, which wasn’t planned, we just lucked out it was as close as it was. The place was clean and super easy to find for a couple out of towners. She was extremely friendly and responsive to messages. The television had Netflix so we could watch whatever we wanted to watch when we were not out and about. This was a great first time experience and I would recommend Abigail to everyone travelling to Dartmouth! Thanks again Abigail!

Kevin and Alanna's place was absolutely beautiful it was a cozy spot to stay very close to the city and local stores it had everything you needed to feel right at home

We always feel at home in Angela’s flat. Can’t think of a thing that has ever been lacking to make our visit completely comfortable. We love the neighbourhood which is remarkably quiet, especially considering how close it is to restaurants, public transit and downtown. Looking forward to our next stay!

Our stay with Bryan was amazing. A very clean and quiet place. He was super quick to respond to messages. He made sure we felt at home and if we needed anything not to be shy.

Val was great! Very friendly and welcoming. She was responsive and proactive with a message that was timely and helpful. Her place is sweet! It had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. When we walked in it was so nice to see a lovely white Christmas tree for our holiday stay. We felt at home at Val’s. Would gladly stay there again.

The house was absolutely 100% perfect! Smooth transition right from the first moment we connected. The home is beyond what you’d expect. Her decor was so creative and a lot of thought was put into creating a warm & inviting environment. Everything is labelled and easy to find. The view from the gazebo makes for an incredible experience watching the sunset or sunrise 🌅 There was fresh cinnamon buns, condiment’s in the fridge but other thoughtful things like a popcorn maker, a Brita water pitcher, beach towels, a picnic blanket, first aid kit and so many more item to mention. You won’t lack for anything because she’s thought of it all. This is a must stay! Thank you to you both, our honeymoon was so wonderful ❣️♥️

I stay often in Halifax and Susan's place is the nicest Airbnb that I've found. It's a ground floor two bedroom apartment in the heart of the North End near Bar Kismet, our favourite bar/restaurant anywhere. It's an easy walk from lots of other great places. It has been completely renovated sometime recently, with everything new and high quality. There's a convenient keypad entry that worked very well, with entry at the front and back. Two nice bedrooms, one larger with a large bed, the other smaller. Susan is a very responsive host. I would recommend her place very highly and we hope to stay there again soon.

Elissa was a great host and made me feel welcome immediately. The place is beautifully done and a nice peaceful ambiance to spend a night. Wrinkles also gives Elissa a five star rating. He was welcomed with bowls for food and water and offered a coZy bed to sleep in!

Great, classic Halifax home with high ceilings and enough space for our family of 5. Centrally located close to the commons. Would recommend this to someone looking for a convenient location, bright, clean, spacious. Hosts were very responsive. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location for the downtown area although they are redeveloping the road right now to make it even better!

I got the pleasure to spend my night at this beautiful property, the artwork is what stands out from other places, keeping the place bright with beautiful white interior and clean furniture. The hot tub was very relaxing and I had the full moon wide awake in perfect angle with the hot tub it created a beautiful scenery I'll never forget. 10/10
