Come to this unique and quiet home. Stay in this newly built 40sqm plus sleeping loft. A sofa bed for 2 people or you can stay in the loft, overlooking the lake Shower makes you outdoors with hot and cold water overlooking the lake. The lake is located just below the house with access to the plot's own jetty, where you can borrow a boat or canoe. Bicycles are available to borrow. The nearest store is in Ätran, about 8 km. Cleaning can be purchased for 700kr. Bed linen and towels are available for rent, 150 SEK per set.

Super cozy accommodation almost directly at the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower as well as TV. The patio has a brilliant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as plot boundary. It has a terrace, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only a single bed in the bedroom upstairs. NEW 2024! Two Standup padel! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for lending! With less than 800 meters distance you reach Ästad winery which also has an amazing spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the stugan you will find a swimming area with the jetty. A few kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, an amazing hiking trail. But it's just as well for hiking around the amazing lake next to the cabin.
