The house was fantastic, everything were perfect and clean. My children had a great time, especially with the pool. Thank you.

We had 19 nights at this beautiful home, it was well equipped, clean, modern and all in all just what we wanted. craig was well responsive on communication running up to our visit and threw out our stay. We had a little issue on the first night with one of the bedrooms door and craig was there within minutes. When we return back to Australia we will definitely be booking this accommodation again.

Great place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen, and rooms and beds were very comfortable. Extraordinary view of the ocean and nearby islands. Walking distance to the Penguin Island Ferry. There was a temporary problem with the internet, but Michelle came over to help fix it as soon as she could. The extra room/studio up top is lovely, but we didn't spend as much time up there because it is a separate entry from outside. Some aspects of the house are a bit dated, and could use some shampoo/conditioner, but otherwise it was a very lovely stay!

We really enjoy our stay. The location is wonderful and the accomodation is well appointed, very comfortable and clean. It’s great to be so close to the ocean. I would have no hesitation in recommending Astrid’s lovely Air bnb.

Beautiful downstairs flat. Two minutes walk from Safety Bay beach. A safe lovely sandy Bay with resident pelican. Short drive to pub and restaurants.

We had a great three days here - a mini holiday from our main stay in Perth, visiting from UK. The accommodation was excellent value for a family of four - the villa itself had everything we needed (including an extra bed), aircon, Netflix, great shower/bathroom, and cooking space. The site had space for the kids to play, they loved the trampolines and basketball court. 250m from a beautiful, quiet beach which was so easy for first thing and last thing of the day. A short walk to the foreshore for all the restaurants, play areas, shops. If staying we also recommend checking out Game On, the community space just down the road for a laid back coffee and family game of cards! Michelle was attentive, quick to respond and help with Netflix log in, a friendly host. I would book this again if we return to Mandurah and recommend to friends.

Great property with everything we needed for our 5 night stay with a family group of 14. Kids loved the swing set & there were books for all ages. The beds we comfortable but quilt covers could do with updating. Brilliant location because the property is tucked away & in a quiet part of the canal. Washing machine & dryer worked well. Fully equipped kitchen although additional cooking/steak knives are needed.
