Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

I booked this place for some r&r and I liked it so much I booked an additional night. Has everything you could possibly need to recharge your batteries.

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

Susan was amazing and so communicative. I will gladly stay there again when I go to visit my family. The house was awesome and had great amenities and the backyard is absolutely relaxing when you need it.

Jake’s place is so comfortable and charming. Absolutely loved making this our home away from home for a few weeks. The property is stunning and so peaceful. The house had everything we could need!

Wow! What a fantastic experience for our group of 9. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond with communication. The house was absolutely spotless – impeccably clean and so wonderfully free of clutter. It felt so fresh and welcoming, and we all immediately felt right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again in a heartbeat!

Fanny is an amazing host and very responsive. The house was in a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood; that is as described! The design of the house (the living room and bedrooms) elevates the view from the inside. The kitchen felt like home as it has everything one would need to cook! There’s also plenty of board games to enjoy with others. The beds are very comfortable. The best part is the porch as it looks at the greenwood lake and is so beautiful when spending sometime outside! Would definitely revisit this place as it is very clean and spacious! John’s place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect! It’s at the entry to the beach and walking distance to fun surf shops, coffee shops, happening restaurants, stop and shop and even a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s easy to ride into the city. The ferry was our favorite part of every trip to and from manhattan! The place is super spacious and comfortable. John is friendly and helpful and gave us tips for local restaurants and even suggested what ended up being our favorite - sunset trips on the ferry! He was extremely responsive and available if needed for anything. I can’t wait to come back with the family. We had the best time and John and his place were vital to that experience!

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Luciene was a great host and was quit to respond to any situation we enjoyed our stay but I just wish check out time would've been at 11 o'clock or 12?

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

Charming place, comfortable and spacious enough for time alone. Kitchen was great, beds are comfortable , plenty of hot water, the art was interesting, we were warm and felt very happy to be there.

We had a wonderful winter weekend stay here with our toddler. The hosts left out toys that were perfect for our kiddo and kept her entertained all weekend. The space is comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. We would definitely come back again, winter or summer!

We had an amazing stay — it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The host was friendly and responsive, and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We would absolutely stay here again!

this is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard the indoor authentic fireplace had so much charm Alex is a great communicator and host I looking forward to coming back to Princeton to stay by Alex everything in the house is perfect and feels Just Like Home I absolutely recommend it

Perri was a very responsive and accommodating host. The check in process was easy and flexible. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the subway.

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. Gregory’s place is a bit of a triumphant return to the old days of Airbnb. He lived in the basement but I’d completely respectful of space and privacy and even left during our stay. The house itself feels like a real home and has been meticulously g curated with all sorts of awesome art and eye treasures to uncover. Might not be everyone’s taste but if you need the beds as listed and appreciate pastiche, this is the place. We would definitely return.
