Lovely flat in a super location , also it is well equipped and beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, clean throughout, great view and the secure parking for two cars is an additional bonus.

We had a lovely stay, wish we could stay longer! Brixham is beautiful and so much to do, and the accommodation was perfectly situated, comfortable and full of character. Would recommend the Dartmouth Steam Railway, a trip to Totnes, the river cruise to Dartmouth, a walk around Berry Head or for the hardier walker the trail to Greenway and back. And for early risers it’s great to see a working fishing port in action. The harbour is so pretty at night, with lots of choices for fish n chips.

Julies house was fab for us to stay whilst visiting family in Topsham for christmas. It is beautifully decorated and a very welcoming home. We loved Julies house. Great location in centre of Topsham so handy for all shops and bars. Fantastic trip.

I stayed at Orlando Cottage for a NY getaway and it was perfect. The accomodation had everything you would need (incl. toiletteries, cooking salt, pepper, oil, T bags etc) and the hosts even kindly supplied a bag of treats and some milk. After a long day walking, a quick check in and a hot cuppa with 0 faff are so so needed! The location is ideal - an easy 20 min walk into Sidmouth and handy (car wise) to all the other local villages and attractions. I wouldnt hesitate to revisit and/or recommend this place and the hosts. Thank you!

Abi and Jonny are wonderful hosts, they reply quickly and helped us through out our stay. The lodge is so beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice. There are so many little details which make it feel special, a Nespresso coffee machine, beautiful sheets and it’s all so super clean. We also arrived to homemade brownie and a card. The view is incredible, sitting having a coffee looking out at the peaceful scenery while the children played with the games they provided was just what we needed. We also drove the 10 mins into Exeter and parked easily to go to the cathedral and out for dinner. It’s a brilliant location. We would love to come back and stay with Abi and Jonny as they were brilliant hosts. Thank you!

Tempted to say Coast Cottage was awful, just to make it easier for me to book again in the future! But I cannot lie, everything about the property, the host & the location was perfect. Shaldon is a beautiful village, small but with everything you could need within walking distance including a village store, chippy, great bakery at the end of the road & a good choice of pubs (The FerryBoat Inn was definitely our favourite). The locals are very welcoming, everyone says hello as you walk around & Teignmouth is a short walk across the bridge. Nick is a great host, kept in contact with us from the point of booking onwards & even messaged on the day we checked in to make sure everything was OK. Coast Cottage itself is idyllic. Literally a one minute walk from the coast, inside the property there is everything you could hope to find, and more. Stunning kitchen, comfy sofa & bed and all warm & cosy. Our dog especially enjoyed the underfloor heating downstairs. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful! It was clean and modern and had all the amenities that we needed for a week stay. The rooms were extremely spacious. The garden was private and enclosed which was great for the kids and dogs. The local shop and pub were great! Beautiful stay in Otterton!

The cottage was historic and charming, right in the centre of Salcombe and literally a short walk away from pubs, shops and a beautiful harbourside stroll. David was very helpful and courteous in all his dealings and even sent a guide to Salcombe in the post, prior to our stay. Thank you - we really had a lovely time for my husband's 70th birthday!

We’ve done Airbnb in a variety of places throughout Europe but this is by far the best !! It was an absolute joy to stay at Tristan’s house; the scenery is amazing, easy access to all the amenities, pub dead opposite + we had an amazing weather which just added to our experience. Tristan was very accommodating & good communicator. The accommodation is really well presented with everything you could’ve hoped for; clean, tidy, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful goodies hamper, plus extras of electric bikes and paddle boards made this the ideal escape location for anybody
