great place. my kids loved the house and especially the games and whatnot that are part of the rv park (right behind the house and included) The hosts were great and responsive. They went out of their way to make our stay fun.

Location, location, location! Right on the water, hot tub was great, comfortable place and it was just perfect for us. We loved the local wineries and other activities and it was so nice to come back to that beautiful lake view at the end of the day. Thanks so much Nick and Chrissy! We would love to come back one day.

Luz was a great host! Quick response to any questions and gave very clear instructions. House was squeaky clean and looked exactly how the listing looked. If i could give a higher rating i would. Excellent host I would highly recommend!

Spent Thanksgiving at the lake with family. We had a great time gathering, cooking, and hanging out. Even though it was cold outside, the view was amazing and we had a fantastic time.

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable—a true home away from home for a traveling nurse. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything I needed to feel relaxed after long shifts. The location was safe and convenient, making it easy to get around. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming stay. Definitely worth every penny!

This rental was super cute and comfortable right on the water. We had a girls weekend and had everything we needed at Courtney's place. The cottage overlooks the water and it is a beautifully clear lake. Beds were very comfortable and everything was neat and clean. There are a few set of stairs to get down to the cottage along with stairs to access the downstairs living quarters/bedroom so just be aware of that. We saw Eagles over the water and heard owls at night...very peaceful and private. Tons to do in the town of Skaneateles as well and lots of great restaurants. We would certainly recommend this rental to anyone and are looking forward to coming back!

Loved the location of the house right on Lake Ontario and the mouth of the Salmon River! Views were absolutely stunning! Felt like fishing paradise as the house was themed around the Salmon River and fishing. Great kitchen and plenty of space for guests. Everything was clean and perfectly situated. Can’t beat fishing right out back in the Salmon River estuary. Would definitely stay here again!

Place is described exactly as Vic says. The small bathroom will be an issue for someone over 6' tall. There is only one dresser, but there are plenty of hangers and places to hang things. The sunsets are fantastic. We got very acclimated to the place very quickly. It was enjoyable sitting on the deck and watching the world go by very slowly. Lots of birds were around on the lake and nearby. Visiting Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge is a must. The Aurora Inn walk was great and the Aurora farmers market is fun. Enjoy !!

Very clean and cozy camp at the lake. Bonnie was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The place was well stocked and the views are amazing! It was a little chilly in the bathroom but we understand that it’s a seasonal home. We would probably stay here again.

this cabin has all the home feels of a much loved family treasure. it was special for them to have it available for guests. we had a patch of perfect weather so the views were stunning. the small bay was very safe for kayaking.

We have been here many times before, know what to expect and love the quiet, the fire flies, the proximity to the Nature Center and the intentional wildness around Bills cabin. This is a setting for people who can walk up stairs to get into the cabin. Once there, everything is on one floor, but not really wheelchair accessible. Beds are comfortable. Great deck and bbq. Sometimes phone and internet connections are difficult because of its location. You need to bring your own condiments except salt and pepper, and bring a good frying pan! be aware and prepared for the possibility of ticks and poison ivy. Bring long pants, etc for walking in tall grass at the Nature Preserve. Bill was very receptive to a couple of small things that needed attention and was great about doing something about them asap. It is a place of great beauty!
