We've been very comfortable! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Eric met us on arrival and was waiting for us with the heating on and everything prepared. She lives right next door and if you have any issues come right away. Being able to park two cars inside the plot is a big plus. The parking is inside their estate but the house and garden are totally independent. The stay is large, you are very comfortable, it has everything and is tastefully decorated. The utility room is separated from the shower and is appreciated for not having a single bathroom occupied.

Perfect stay!!Very close to the village of noel. Apartment with everything you need,the top part of the roof is very low,but we were at home. Thank you Karine for your kindness at all times attentive to our needs

In a small peaceful alley hides a beautifully decorated cosi triplex. It's pretty easy to park around. It should be noted that access to the floors, especially on the 2nd floor, is via narrow, ramp-free stairs (the charm of the old), which can make it difficult for people to get around. Christelle is responsive and accommodating for our arrival. Do not hesitate to ask him for good places.

Vanessa is a very friendly, responsive, available host who responds to each request with great kindness and understanding. Our stay was very nice. The apartment is well arranged, easy to glass for a rest/holiday stay and well-equipped. The parking spot is a plus and the fact of not having interior stairs a huge advantage for us. Quiet, quiet neighborhood, in the trees. Easy to find. Information on the itinerary, door code etc perfect. We'll be happy to come back for another occasion occupying this very nice little apartment. Everything was very good and as expected. The description is accurate. Host is responsive and very kind. The accommodation is very quiet. The only downside is that it is a smoking accommodation, so a smell of cold tobacco, unpleasant for the non-smoker like us.

Gerard and Lydia were conscientious and welcoming hosts. Their villa was ideal for us and we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The saltwater heated pool was lovely and made a nice change from chemically treated pools. Very convenient for exploring a beautiful part of France. We recommend this little getaway.

We had a pleasant stay at Nathalie's, very nice accommodation, well equipped, pleasant terrace without vis-à-vis. Shops, beach, restaurants, everything for a pleasant stay. Nathalie is a great host, I recommend her.

a beautiful accommodation in a very quiet area. close to the center of Serignan. The hot tub pool is really very pleasant. Our hosts are very responsive and discreet. Definitely to be redone.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We celebrated a friend's surprise birthday there and the place is absolutely quiet not to mention the beautiful pool that gives this stay a big plus! We had a wonderful stay in this little haven of peace. Please know that this house is still more beautiful in real life! The fall landscape is also for something, but Oscar's house is a real gem! Full of small activities nearby: walk without taking the car nearby, beautiful hike to the Pech de Bugarach, Carcassonne an hour by car, Mirepoix Market... in short it was as we wanted, peaceful and relaxing!
