The host sent the check-in guide a day in advance, the check-in was smooth, the response was timely, and the communication was smooth. The villa is very clean, the view is very good, the view of the second-floor balcony is also very good, it is not too comfortable to sit on the balcony and blow the breeze every evening to see the sunset! I came with the whole family this time, and the family loved it.It's also easy to hail a taxi, ordering takeaway, and will come back next summer!

What a special place. Feels nice, like a home. Nice to have the cafe downstairs too! Would love to be on that balcony again.

The host and her staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, a very spacious Lanna house located in a peaceful compound surrounded by greenery. Our family had a wonderful and relaxing Christmas vacation there. We highly recommend it for families wanting to experience Chiang Mai!

Firstly, the place was one of the better places i have stayed, the images in kasin’s listing is exactly how the place is. The staff there were very helpful in assisting us and ensured our stay was pleasant. Would like to thank Kasin for his quick replies as well whenever I texted him. All in all , I would highly recommend big groups to book a villa from Kasin as it is very worth your money. One small improvements will be the flies that appear in the room, Its not mosquitoes but just a lil annoying😅

Mu husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a walking distance to a lot of restaurants, Night markets etc. We had a great time in Old Town. Supunnee was very responsive and there for everything we needed. Our high recommendations.

Fully equipped with kitchen supplies, you can make your own breakfast, and family travel experience full score!The yard is large, the flowers and grass are well taken care of.

The villa was beautiful, super clean with cleaning services at noon each day. The amenities were super new and up to date. The host was really responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Thank you Ming for allowing my daughter and I to stay at your place. We spent 3 weeks here as I was there training Muay Thai at Manop Gym. It was Great location close to markets and easy access to all locations. Place was comfortable and clean. So nice to come back from training and relax by pool and sauna. Lots to do for my 7yo. Really enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming back in June.

IIt has everything you need and Sarocha is so responsive! The condo is very convenient for workcation and it has 3 pools and big common area. Walking to the mall was so easy! Only 15 mins to old city. I will definitely come back!

The people running this resort are brilliant. Anything we needed in terms of booking activities, helping us to get into town with their taxi service and anything else we needed were accommodated too brilliantly. The bungalow we stayed in was extremely clean and had everything we needed In it. The only downside to this place is that the pool was green most days and we didn’t feel like it was clean enough to swim in (it was fine on some days though). But overall a good stay

Bob’s place was a haven from the busy streets and crowds in Chiang Mai. I love the balcony facing the river and countryside, and you can hear the river flowing the whole time. There is also a nice space beside the room for yoga and meditation. The area is very local, and there are excellent coffee shops and eateries nearby. The dogs (including the neighbours’) are lovely and add more life to the (already lively) place. Bob is also very welcoming and open to sharing stories, and picked me up at the bus station despite my late night arrival. I had a restful stay there, and would love to go back one day!

She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. The best place to swim all day, barbecue, lie in the yard, and campfire at night. It's quiet around here, but it doesn't look dangerous. The host is really friendly and helpful.

This is the best Airbnb I've ever lived in. The room is very big and clean. Although the room is in a forest, there are no mosquitoes indoor because the room has window screens. The host is very helpful. When I encountered an accident at the main route, he drove me to a clinic immediately. And he helped me to order food every day. The staff is also pretty nice. He is always willing to help, and drove me to the restaurant I wanna go. The surroundings is very ambient and quiet. I slept very well when I stayed here. They also offer cleaning water for free. They also offer cleaning service every week. And the WiFi connection is very stable and fast, which is suitable for digital nomads. Moreover, there is a super lovely cat🐱. He came to play with me almost every day. There are also some local restaurants nearby, so you can try the traditional thai food. The restaurant owners are all very nice. It's full of hospitality. So, when I left here, I really missed everything here.
