Vacation rentals with breakfast in Exmouth

Stuart and Nicola are great host. Couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. They were really helpful on suggestions for local amenities and directions. Location is an easy walk to city centre, quiet with free parking. Add in free breakfast and excellent value for money. 5star

Holly was a perfect host, friendly and responsive. Her attention to detail was second to none and the room was warm and comfortable with wide choice of breakfast options. Accommodation is in a quiet residential area, a short walk from Totnes station and the High Street where there is a selection of independent shops, restaurants and cafes.

My second stay with Rosemarie. Once again, everything was spot on. Lovely, friendly host, great communications and a good night’s sleep.

The loveliest airbnb I’ve stayed in. Mariko is a sweetheart and she gave me a warm welcome and breakfast every morning of my stay. The house was very cozy and had a lovely view of the sea, I felt right at home. I’ve would’ve loved to stayed longer and I would love to come back as well!

Great host. Very attentive to our needs as we had a 6-month-old. Provided all the necessary baby gear, which meant we didn't have to bring ours with us. It has a beautiful location and is a lovely property. Highly recommend.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

This was one of my top experiences with Airbnb! I was looking for a pleasant, homely stay, and this exceeded all my expectations. Annie and Simon were incredibly kind and welcoming, instantly making me feel at home. They are such lovely people to talk to, and their warmth created a very calming atmosphere. The house is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Every morning, breakfast was perfectly laid out, adding an extra touch of care and hospitality that made the stay even more special. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and am so grateful to Annie and Simon for creating such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

James and Liz have a nice place that is walkable to the University of Exeter and downtown. We enjoyed the freedom of free parking, easy walks, and having a kitchenette was helpful to save some money from going out for dinner. We highly recommend this place and the kind hospitality of the hosts. We hope to stay here when we return to Exeter.

Second time here and loved it again! Impeccably clean and tidy on arrival, lovely little outside place to enjoy a drink, own driveway for your car. Lovely, comfy main bed. Everything required in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

A great little place in retro style close to town centre. The features, fixtures and fittings brought back a lot of memories of life in 1970/80s Britain. Nice park with good amounts of wildlife across the road which leads into town and to the beach. It was nice to have a pet fish to care for and watch when you was in the kitchen. We’ll worth a stay.

We had a great stay at The Flat, it’s so convenient for the town centre and the flat itself was lovely I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Mike was very helpful and there is a lot of info in the flat about the surrounding area etc Sue & Kevin

This apartment was perfect , Vicki had catered for everything . We had dog throws for the sofas if they needed to be close to us. Tea and coffee selection brilliant For families loads of games and toys Make up removal next to mirror and table seat to do your hair etc On suite in the main bedroom. I slept on day bed in the front room to be close to dogs so comfy , slept like a log Great little dish washer all the comforts that you could need and more. There is nothing that I could say to improve this property unless we could have an elephant juggling lol

Another wonderful stay at Julia’s accommodation. The standard is superb, she has thought of everything. Absolutely spotless, with an extremely comfortable bed. Coffee pods machine is another plus! Lovely welcome pack. Walkable into town through the park and along the estuary. Excellent visit to The Old Warehouse pub. The best Indian restaurant and takeaway Maha-Bharat was another reason for staying. We will be back!

Our second stay at the Annex as a family of three (cot and highchair provided). Fantastic place, highly recommend it. Mary is a wonderful host and the Annex has everything to make you feel at home.

We loved our stay in this place. Linda and Tim really thought of every little detail. They provided an amazing breakfast, left candy and water bottles for us and even had bowls, a toy, leash and poopbags for our dog. The place was very clean and there were Christmas decorations. Also we found extra fleece blankets, they really made sure we were comfortable! The view from the balcony is very nice and you can also use the garden. We loved watching the sunrise every day. If you follow the instructions on Google maps, you will find the place. They made sure the house was easier to find by putting Christmas lights (we arrived in December). As mentioned in the advertisement the roads are narrow, but that wasn't a problem and you have to get used to that anyway if you're visiting Dartmoor. We stayed a week but really would have liked to stay longer.

We had a lovely stay in Frogmore. Sarah was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. She met us at the car and showed us to the accommodation which was just perfect for us. Over the few days we were there Sarah checked that we were warm enough and if we needed any breakfast top ups. Breakfast was very nice and the little table where we ate it had a smal vase of fresh flowers and greenery. A nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with plenty of towels. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come to the area again, we most certainly would.

We had a lovely stay at Pamela's for our friend's wedding. She was extremely welcoming and accommodating, making the two day visit easy. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

It was a last minute booking for us whilst driving in the car so it was sorted and ready for us last minute and really appreciated it. It’s exactly what it is, it was literally a pit stop for us, travelling east south east around and through the west. We turned up and a band was setting up and I did think oh no will we sleep, however once we got to bed shut the windows and turned the fan on we couldn’t hear a thing and had a great sleep. Bed was comfy and slept right through. Very friendly and even had a drink downstairs before bed and everyone was so friendly and so dog friendly our little cocker spaniel was roaming the pub saying hello to everyone. Was a lovely stay thank you.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heather’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed—especially with the thoughtful touch of personalized cupcakes, which were delicious and such a sweet gesture. The house itself was stunning, beautifully decorated, and so cozy that it truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat, and I had the best sleep of my life! Heather was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering flexibility with my checkout time, which made my trip even more relaxing. They also shared some great local recommendations that enhanced my visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and a welcoming host!

I stayed at Polly’s as I was swimming in an event that weekend. It is extremely well located for the town and the river, and a cosy room. Polly produced breakfast for me (very nice too, hadn’t read this in the description!), and was very welcoming. Good wifi despite the thick stone walls of the old building. Do note there are steep stairs up to the room! Also, there is no TV but a wonderful little cinema in the town.

Ken & Teijun were perfect hosts. They were not intrusive at all but available if I needed anything . They went over and above to make me feel at home. I stayed in a very large room with an en-suite in a very nice area of Brixham. Teijun cooked me a great breakfast at a time to suit me . I would definitely stay with them again . Thank you both .
