Nana is a wonderful person. Although we crossed the border later than we expected, he patiently communicated with us. Despite our late arrival in Makri, he had thought of everything and had lit the fireplace, warmed the inside and even left our lights on. We found the house easily. We had a great time. He made us very happy with his surprises and gifts. We needed painkillers and he did his best. The kitchen met all our requirements. The beds were comfortable and clean. He had also thought of wood for our fireplace. We look forward to coming in the summer and setting a table at the big garden table.

Our stay was very pleasant the house was very beautiful clean tidy and with very beautiful yard in the center of the city..We will definitely visit it again..

Radomira and her family have beautifully renovated and organized the ground floor of a house within walking distance of the city center. We are a family with two children and stayed 3 nights in the city center. During the day we walked in the city, took our car or taxi in the surrounding area. We are especially happy about the Flora restaurant with a children's center within walking distance.

Marina was very friendly and friendly, so thank you, The beds and pillows were extra comfortable, since the house is in the lower basement of the villa, I can say that we slept with a duvet without the need for air conditioning, it was very cool, close to the grocery store and restaurant, a house with a garden in the village, thank you Marina

The host was very flexible, we were even able to check in a little earlier than we expected. The house and garden were very neat. We traveled as a couple with the 4 year old, our daughter enjoyed the playgrounds in the garden. We will definitely be back here.

Perfect place to stay in Orestiada. You feel like home. The house has everything you need. Spacious, comfortable and cosy. The host is always responsive and willing to help. Free parking space just at the entrance. I would recommend it without any doubt! .

It was perfect for us!!! Lefteris is one of the best hosts you could ask for. He is the Greek hospitality in person. The location of the house invites you to relax. It is very calm and natural. The house and garden are clean and well maintained. It is equipped with everything you need. The path to the beach was very short. We only left for 2 min. The beach is quiet, the water was clear and you have a perfect view of Samothraki. We also had visitors from cats, which we were very happy about. It was nice to be able to watch them hunt. We had a little trouble finding the Home Location. The google map shows the car to the beginning of the street, and the host immediately responded I would not think that the house cleaning would be so perfect and the house amenities would be so much, I recommend it to everyone, be sure to go to the harbor restaurant Ai Georgi beach, there is no language problem at the bottom of the highway for those who will come from Turkey, it is very nice, I will definitely come again, thank you forever to the host 🙏

Don't hesitate and a beautiful location. Head and soul is a relaxing place. A location with very little distance to the sea. Bakery, grocery store, shock walking distance. The host helped us with everything.

We saw Villa Niki's photos on Airbnb and then decided to rent. From the moment our landlord Iordinas contacted us and till our departure, he kept informing us all the time about how to get to Villa Niki. Our journey came up to our National Holiday and people combined their weekend holiday with that so at the border there was a very long and terrible quoue for passport check. Even at that time Iordanis and his lovely wife Niki offered help to our family. He welcomed us on the way in his car. When we finally arrived, we were amazed by the place. It has a giant yard with olive trees and a great sea and nature view. Knowing that we had an exhausting travel, he showed us the fridge filled with lots of beverages, food and other stuff. No need to mention about the utilities and the perfect decoration of the house. We will be so glad to visit here again. He also helped us and brought us to book a table at a famous restaurant which is very close to the villa.Thanks a lot Iordanis. Greetings

Highly recommended! It’s a cozy, clean, comfortable and perfectly located flat. Being able to park in a nearby parking lot and having a special parking card is a great advantage for us. The host is very kind, and makes us feel truly welcomed. I am looking forward to staying here again!

The location of the house is good, it is possible to walk around, it was close to the beach and restaurants. The surroundings of the house were calm and we had no difficulty finding parking for our car. Although we came in the winter and with the children, the house was well heated, and we did not have any problems with the house temperature or the bathroom. We'd prefer it when we come back 🙏🏼
