Gîte moderne tres comfortable. Good location to visit the surroundings(St Malo, Dinan, Dinard). 5 days with perfect family.

We were very satisfied. That's how we imagined the accommodation. The surrounding area is very quiet. Excursions to Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale and of course Fort la Lstte and Cap Frehel were very nice. Also very nice bike paths. I would be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Patrick's, the accommodation is very spacious and very clean. The house is very well-equipped, you won't lack anything! The bedrooms and bedding are a super good point, the bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. There is also plenty of storage in the accommodation which is a significant plus! Everything is as pictured and the amenities listed in the listing are the same. The property is very spacious, the garden too, great to spend some time outside enjoying (soccer, swing for children...), the neighborhood is very quiet for a little rest it's the best of the best! Thanks again to Chrystèle who welcomed us and showed us around the house :), the explanations were clear and precise. Thanks again for the help you were able to give us during our stay and with responsiveness! I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Stay up to our expectations! Spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Very nice bright. Very nice bedding. The heating was on when we arrived which is very nice. Very nice sea view from afar. Home not far from the center of Erquy. Beautiful experience!

I stayed with my partner and child, the property was fantastic and very peaceful. We enjoyed the hospitality afforded to us by the great hosts. The property is lovely and surrounded by the glorious French countryside. We look forward to returning.

Superb place to have a good time with friends and children (10 adults and 7 children). Beautiful family home with an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere :) The large dining room/open-plan kitchen, the large living room, the large dormitory/playroom for children, offered us unforgettable moments. The kids loved the stay. Thanks to Melanie and her parents for their welcome and hospitality, they were very available and friendly.

The apartment is in the perfect location, just off the main square in the city center. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see.

We had the most beautiful time and everything that we expected was exceeded. The magnificent house created memories to cherish forever. The surrounding area was very peaceful and the nearby beach, was within 5 minutes walk. The owner Daniele, was quick to sort any queries and made our stay an amazing experience. We had an amazing stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The house itself is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved spending time on the terrace and in the garden. Our dog was just as happy as we were and loved having space to roam around. The welcome present was such a lovely touch and made us feel right at home and we discovered some really nice local products. Communication with Pierre-Emmanuel was excellent—friendly, quick, and helpful throughout. Would definitely come back!

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Thanks Nicolas, We had a wonderful stay with the family. The house is in a great location. We did everything on foot during our stay... what happiness! I recommend the creperie, and also the Thalasso 5 min from the beach :) The equipment of the house is perfect... everything is there, well done! The house was ideal for my children (20 months and 4 years old), on one level (no steps) with bathtub for bathing, crib, high chair, changing table, great! And especially the beautiful beach of Saint Enogat just in front! A dream! Thanks again for the excellent hosting, Looking forward to coming back! Melanie

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!
