Had a wonderful time. When we arrived for our Christmas break the Christmas lights and Christmas tree were twinkling a welcome. There was also Christmas music playing thru the tv. Made us feel very festive! We had an issue with the ovens and Emma was quick visit and to sort it out.

We had a great stay, the cottage was lovely and warm. Nice welcome basket. It was thoughtful to have the highchair and travel cot. thank you

Kiln Cottage was fantastic - typical North Norfolk property with every amenity you could wish for - Certainly a 'home away from home' Very clean with a wow! first impression. Lawrence provided lots of valuable information about the area which made for a wonderful stay. Would certainly return without a doubt

Our romantic stay at this Airbnb was incredible! The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities, including the little treats in the fridge, made it feel so special. Dinner at The Red Lion was fantastic—highly recommended—but we’d skip the other local pub. Honestly, the accommodation was so gorgeous we were more than happy to just soak it all in. And relax in the hot tub. Tracy was lovely and so accommodating! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for the early check in and late check out. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here whilst visiting our daughter who is working in Newmarket, so it was out the way but still within the commute time. The "little house" is absolutely gorgeous, it feels like home from home and has absolutely everything needed for a long stay. Our hosts where very welcoming and Friendly and only a few steps away if needed. We will definitely be back for future visits. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. The hosts went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. The place is extremely spacious. We went in January and it was a bit cold when we arrived but once we got the fire on and heaters we were perfectly cosy. The garden area is a treat with hot tub plus fire pit. I highly recommend staying here and would have no hesitation staying here again.

A wonderful place in a great location, only a 10minute drive from the heart of Canterbury and still peaceful and quiet. Great woods across the road for morning walks. The house is spacious with all the amenities you will need. We really enjoyed our stay there!

What a beautiful get away for resetting from the busy London living life. Staying on the farm was incredible, I had the best time, it was the perfect get away for the weekend. The hot tub made it 10x better with stargazing at the evening sky. Such a beautiful hidden gem!

Wow, what a beautiful, peaceful place to stay to celebrate my birthday weekend. A real home from home. What can be more relaxing than soaking up the sea views whilst having a bubble bath ! Teresa was an extremely friendly host - she took the time to send a huge list of recommendations for local restaurants & places to visit. It is evident a lot of thought & love has been spent making the apartment both homely & full of character. Ensuring guests have everything they need for their trip. We went for dinner at the ‘Curious Cat’ Gastro pub, which was a short taxi ride. Which I would highly recommend to anyone visiting. I would definitely return here & recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

The perfect home from home for my partner, my elderly mother and myself for the week we spent in Walmer; warm, comfortable, clean and quiet. The property is as described and as per the photos provided. Excellent communication from Christopher, especially as I had to urgently extend the stay in very short notice, Christopher was very accommodating. The location is a stone's throw from the wonderful, calm seafront and perfect for adventuring into the Deal town centre (10/15 mins by foot) or for a peaceful walk through Kingsdown to the Zetland Arms, which I fully recommend for the food and drink!

Saffron cottage was a delight, the location was perfect and the town a complete delight, very warm and cosy, and we all relaxed and enjoyed the stay. I would highly recommend staying here, the information booklet was very interesting and a nice bit about the history of the cottage.
