Tucked into the heart of Norway’s island beauty, this spot feels like it was crafted with a poet’s touch and an architect’s precision. It’s airy, flooded with light, modern yet cozy. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the waterfront like a living canvas, inviting the Norwegian skaergaard right into your living room. The kitchen is sharp, practical—a true haven for anyone who values a well-prepped meal. And then there’s the jetty out front, where you can sit back, sip something strong, and lose yourself in the stillness of this place. Centrally located for a business traveler yet worlds away in spirit. If I could double the star rating, I would. Else, the host, is a gem—flexible, communicative, and downright pleasant. Lovely and very spacious place!! Cozy and welcoming host! Lovely beds, large and good sofa in the living room where there was room to relax. Clean and neat and cozy. A really lovely home.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a group of 5 to hike trolltunga. Comfortable stay for all of us having everything we needed. Place was in a great location for the hike. There are plenty of options for restaurants nearby in Odda. The view from the front porch was great to wake up to.

This was one of the most magical experiences we have ever had. The hike to the accomodation was amazing! The hut was very cosy and warm which with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here as it was a beautiful and unique experience. Thank you so much for having us!

We had a great time in Ann-Kristin and Laila's cabin. They had made it incredibly cozy by decorating for Christmas with lights and Christmas trees. The cabin was also clean and prepared for our visit. The location is amazing and it was easy to find. The hosts were very easy to deal with and responded quickly. I can highly recommend this place.

The remote fjord's end location was stunning. Our modern, airy boathouse, with its numerous windows and skylights, filled with light was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient. Despite a power outage caused by a storm after our first night, the four of us stayed comfortable and thanks to Julian's updates and instructions we well managed. Easy access from Bergen. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

We had a fantastic stay at the cabin! The place was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with Roy was excellent, he responded quickly to all our questions. We especially loved the quiet surroundings and the beautiful view of the fjord - perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax in nature!
