Zafer was helpful and the room was so clean and comfortable. Only bad thing was the refrigerator was not working.

I had a family reunion at this place and it truly felt like home. My mom was satisfied with the kitchen and made delicious meals for us :) The house was huge for 4 people; clean bedding and towels and beautiful view of street trees. There are multiple restaurants and grocery stores on the same street so they are walkable. Cenk was proactive, checked on us every day and had helpful local recommendations for us. The check in was smooth too. My parents arrived earlier than me and Cenk helped for their check in earlier than the normal check in time. Overall, we were all very impressed by this place.

Extremely satisfied, I did not encounter any problems other than minor deficiencies. It was as if I lived in my own home. It is not to be considered as a negative criticism, for the first time, according to me, a few mandatory items need to be kept as a standard, so I don't know where to go because I went to the neighborhood for the first time, which caused me to be a little confused, but I was able to make it ready for use in a few hours.
