We had a relaxing stay at Mylinh’s place. Great place, highly recommended.

The host was great and helpful ! Really close to downtown and several event places. Just to be wary of Arizona is not that lighted and the main street was dark so did get confused of where the place is. Do get there before it gets dark if you are not from the area. The gated area is well lit and safe!

We had a great stay with friends for a dart tournament. The beds were comfortable, and Margie Beth always responded super quick to any questions. She even let us know we could check in early if we wanted. We would definitely stay again, thank you for everything Margie Beth!

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Awesome place and awesome host. Greg thought of everything before you could. Location being 10 minutes from the airport was phenomenal. Close to grocery store, shopping and interstate. Typically forgotten items he had such as having laundry pods and makeup remover wipes were a great touch. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Great location, great spot. Fit what we needed. Would love to stay again. Only recommendation would be to throw some blankets in, as the bed sheets were very thin. Still, great would recommended to anyone staying in the PHX/Scottsdale area.

I was passing through Tempe on my way to and from an event in Oracle, AZ. This was a great location and a nice space to stay for each end of the trip. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else.

This home was a gem to stay in to be close to Wigwam Golf Course. It gave a place of calm and relaxation away from the course after many days of playing in a tournament. I would highly recommend!

Nate was very accommodating to an early check-in and check-out. Quickly responded to all messages and requests. Home was wonderful and plenty of room for more than 8 people. The long table in the center worked out perfect for family breakfast and dinner. I’d definitely stay there again. Does he have other properties!? Because I’d stay at any other property they have. Thank you for a such a memorable weekend with family and friends.

Would stay again if opportunity arises again

Pou’s place was perfect for our group of 5. We came for the Fiesta Bowl. State Farm Stadium is about a mile and a half from the place. Easily walk or drivable. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space inside the air Bnb & it was clean. Would definitely recommend.

Very responsive host, easy check-in, really nice quality for the amenities (appliances, couches, TV etc). Kitchen had one of everything you would want. Easy to control temperature for the house. Nice backyard area to lounge. Compared to similar houses in the area it was a good price. As a clean person I don’t agree with large cleaning fees ($180 for 5 nights), however even with the cleaning fee the overall price was still reasonable for what we got. Would definitely rent here again if I’m back to ‘Zona.

Our stay at Paul's AirBNB was beyond "great", it was "outstanding". Paul was very thorough and detailed about every aspect of his home. Paul has a very beautiful home that's located in the ideal location - close to just about every service you can think of. If we ever need to stay at a AirBNB again, Paul's home will be our first and only choice.

Our stay at this Property was everything we needed. The accommodations was clean, spacious and met all our needs at a very reasonable price. The Host was also very responsive and was flexible to our check in.

We enjoyed our visit to Scottsdale. The house is located in a great area with lots to do. The house was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor amenities. Amber was a great host and was very responsive and we appreciated her flexible check in.

Joel is an exceptional host who anticipates your needs and provides excellent communication. He was quick to respond to any questions. The check-in instructions were so detailed that we had no problem following them even after dark. The condo was extremely comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of towels are provided including pool towels which was appreciated. The pictures in the post accurately depict the condo. There is a large deck which was perfect for morning coffee. We were traveling with our daughter, son-in-law and three month old granddaughter and the master suite worked perfectly for them since it had room darkening curtains which was great for naps. The complex was well maintained and secure. We were able to go on morning walks including hiking large rock parks that were within walking distance. The pools and hot tubs were great too. The location was a good starting point for our other plans. Overall, this was a perfect place for our stay!

This condo was a great stay! Located right across the street from Fashion Square, an easy mile-ish walk to either Old Town Scottsdale or the more built up restaurant area near Fashion Square. The description was very accurate, instructions for finding the place were good and very clear, easy to get in to the place and find the parking. The space is quite large and was very comfortable. A fully stocked kitchen (including a kettle which many American rentals don't have!), comfortable furniture, toilet on each floor, and large bedrooms with closet and drawer space make it a great value. I took a couple work calls and had no issues with the WiFi. The only time I had any observations if something wasn't perfect (everything was fine and functional!), the team responded straight away and asked how I preferred they address it (come over during the stay/straight away or wait). The hosts were friendly, gave us a local guidebook, proactive, and communicative. Great stay and hosts!

Shaun was a great host very responsive and also allowed us to get checked in a little early which was so helpful. Great location and the pool area was nice.

Close to the airport. Gated apartments were quiet at night. Simple space, no in unit laundry.

Great place for what we needed. Central location to the places we were there for. Would recommend. A little bit cheaper than a hotel further away and was way more comfortable. If I’m visiting family again I will try to stay here first.

The condo was in a perfect central location for all of our Phoenix travels and also day trips to Jerome and Sedona. There were helpful and thoughtful extras in many of the rooms that are not in other Airbnb rentals. The lakeside setting and view from the deck is beautiful. We would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.
