Welcome to our space! The bedroom has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The access is totally independent so you can enjoy your privacy, in addition to having a garage and so you enjoy while visiting our beautiful port. You'll also find our help in the house next door if you need anything. We are 3 minutes away from "Teodoro Mariscal" stadium and 5 minutes walking to the beach and aquarium.

The location of the apartment is excellent, walking you can go to the Machado, Downtown, Cathedral,Cerro de la Neveria,OlasAltas,Paseo delCentenario,Clavadista and the Lighthouse;the beach in front is perfect for swimming and walking on the sand. You can rent bicycles and walk the bike path that is right in front of the apartment and that crosses the entire boardwalk.
