Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ester

Amazing stay, out of the world Hospitality and completely felt like a home away from home. One of my favorite stays ever. It was a very spacious cottage with very cozy vibes. Colleen wasn't around but had her friend Stacey to help us with all we need. They're both incredibly helpful (yes even Colleen although she wasn't around). It was a remarkable stay and I thought twice if I wanted to leave a good review and be selfish by gate keeping this gem but honestly.. They deserve every single star available. If there's a reason I ever come back, this place would be one huge one! Oh.. Not to mention, I caught a spectacular Aurora right outside the door on the very night I arrived. This place is a lucky spot!! ❤️❤️

This is truly such an amazing place - Krista has thought of everything to help make the trip and place as comfortable, convenient, and amazing as possible. Every little detail, from all of the charging cables to the welcome snacks and everything beyond, it was the best. If we ever come back to Fairbanks, we will definitely stay at the same place again!

Rick and Barbara’s home is amazing! Our group of 10 felt right at home from the moment they picked us up from airport to arrival at their lovely bed and breakfast and even moment through our stay! Home was very well stocked with supplies and the daily breakfast prepared by Rick was absolutely delicious and a fantastic way to start the day. They gave us great local recommendations and quick to respond to any questions! The beds were super comfy. The outdoor space was fantastic esp with the fire pit as we were blessed with clear skies and saw the aurora every night of our stay from their backyard. Each of us cannot wait to return! Highly recommend! Thank you for such an enjoyable first visit for each of us to Alaska! Now one of our absolute favorite states!

Mark and Kathie are such hospitable hosts that they prepared a little gift upon our arrival along with all kinds of amenities we will ever need during our stay. Very thoughtful and welcoming hosts! Would definitely come back again for a second visit

The cabin was very cute and cozy. The perfect place to relax with great decorations and everything you need to feel at home. Alina is a very thoughtful host and included water, towels, coffee and more. The WiFi hotspot worked well and the cabin has a place to plug in your car

My spouse and I stayed here for a week and the place was simply amazing. We loved the quietness, and serenity of everything. We mostly hung out at the cabin relaxing and waiting to see some animals. The hot tub is amazing and I drank many morning coffees in there soaking up the sun and sounds of nature. David recommended a mead place down the road which we checked out also, which was an awesome little find. Overall, we hope to come back again and have nothing but good things to say!

My family and I had a great time. We visited in the wintertime and the heated garage was nice. Beautiful location right next to the river. About 15 minutes to town. We would stay here again.

A truly wonderful place to stay! We planned to only stay 2 nights but we loved the area and cabin so much we actually stayed 4 nights and the host was very accommodating and helped us extend it for the rate we got initially which we appreciated! The cabin itself is beautiful. Stunning surroundings, very peaceful and serene. They have a wood burning stove inside and my husband did nick the top of his finger on the axe so please be careful when cutting wood!!!!! The host also had plenty of detergent, great shampoo, delicious coffee and all of the “extras” that made the stay that much better.

Our stay at this place was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Carol was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had a nice experience. One of the highlights of our trip was witnessing the aurora right from the cabin—truly a magical experience! If you’re looking for a cozy, well-equipped, and peaceful retreat, this is the place to be. Highly recommend, and we’d love to return!
