Beautiful lawn house in the best location 4 bedrooms

House in a gated community very close to downtown Gramado! The best location. Before booking in Gramado, look at the map and check the distance from the center!! The location of the house avoids use of Uber or parking (which is difficult) in the city center. Perfect for families and with these amenities only my home!!! Air conditioning in all rooms and living room. Bathtub without closed hydro of glass and use only for guests. Bathtub in one of the en-suites too! Two car spaces.

This is a finely decorated apartment, in the main neighborhood of Gramado, in a quiet street, but that is close (within walking distance) to all the tourist places in the city, such as Lago Negro, Mini-world, Centro and etc. All rooms are cozy, thinking about the best experience! From a wonderful fireplace, passing through the game room and even duvets and soft blankets, plus all the accessories available in the kitchen.
