We had a great family Christmas in this beautiful, newly renovated and very well-equipped house. The accommodation is as described. The spaces allow you to enjoy time and activities all together (we were 13 people, from 17 to 82 years old), while being able to get quiet at other times. Marc was available and responsive. We recommend it!

We stayed for a week in Nicolas's lodge, perfect for 4 people. What can I say about the impeccable cleanliness of the lodge, the two bathrooms offered, the services of the estate (the heated pool in winter and the sauna!!!) and the unfailing kindness of Nicolas. A great stay, we were able to enjoy while paying attention to the noise so as not to disturb us, the hosts never told us anything. The houses are great, the pool is large and the gym is at its best!!!

Absolutely perfect in every way. Aurélie’s house is located in such a beautiful, peaceful area especially great for walking, birdwatching and cycling. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and great kitchen with everything you need to be self sufficient. I am definitely going to come back as a week isn’t long enough!!

Very well arranged accommodation, quiet area, very well located close to the sea, shops, the city center. The most of the rental is the private parking. We will be back.

We had a pleasant stay. In a natural setting and close to the beach. The space is functional. We'll be happy to go back!

A family stay with 2 small children (umbrella bed and high chair available) pets allowed which is a plus because we always leave with our dog. The pool is very well maintained (every day) and heat up. Saint Jean de Mont and Noirmoutier is 15/20 minutes away. Easy accessible host.

Very nice new accommodation, 2 beds in 160, perfect for 2 couples with 2 children. The proximity to the Puy du Fou was perfect (15/20min drive) Well-equipped and functional kitchen and nice bathroom, we did not lack anything and are delighted with our stay

Super private accommodation with superb terrace, everything is clean from the floor to the bed linen and towels. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were hosted very well. Just 2 steps from the house is an Intermarché, which is very convenient for some shopping and the gas station :) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would 2000% recommend this listing.

There's nothing missing from the lodges! The rooms are spacious and nice, the beds are made, the bathrooms clean, the living rooms kitchen stays perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated! Cassandra was adorable to us even though we did not finally meet quick and accommodating 😅 responses 😉 We will definitely stay here again! Good place! Thanks again! Clothilde and her girlfriends

Very nice stay for a family. Close to Puy du Fou, that's what made us choose this place. Then when we arrive we see the superb view, the great accommodation, the little touches left by the hosts... very good!

We had a pleasant stay in Dominique's small house. The house is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped, which made our stay most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, offering a peaceful view of a small pond with water lilies and small discreet frogs, which had the delicate attention of protecting us from mosquitoes. The location is ideal, just an hour from the Poitevin marshes and the Mourat vineyard, where we were able to enjoy great bike rides followed by wine tastings. Dominique was a charming and very welcoming host, we immediately felt comfortable in her home. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay full of discoveries!

Impeccable house and very well arranged! Everything is new and clean. I would recommend it without a second thought! It's just a shame that you can't use the interior staircase when you rent the 2 homes together.
