Vacation rentals in Esquimalt Lagoon

The Surfside Cottage is the perfect getaway if you are in need of a relaxing environment. The cozy cottage, wonderful scenery and the abundance of marine wildlife (we saw many seals and a Humpback whale), made for a truly amazing experience. Although it was mid February, the hot tub and wood burning fireplace were great ways to keep warm and relaxed. Ines is a friendly host who provides very clear instructions, such as entry to the cottage and hot tub use. My wife and I would like to thank Ines for allowing us to experience such a wonderful getaway!

We had a great stay at Gerry’s place! The apartment was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. He went above and beyond with a detailed tour of the space, making sure we were fully informed about every corner of the place. We really appreciated the dedication ! Overall, a lovely stay and a place we’d come back to.

We had a lovely stay here to celebrate our birthdays. It was great to find an airbnb with 4 rooms and the hot tub with the view was so nice to have. We did a quick walk to the lighthouse, but the views in the house were great. The kitchen had everything we needed but we wished the dishwasher was bigger as we had 8 people staying. Not a deal breaker though and we would definitely stay here again! The host is very responsive and the place was very clean!

This was our first time in Sooke and we shared Fredrick’s place with a friend we hadn’t seen in years. The warm home like environment, the separate bedroom ,bathroom spaces worked perfectly. The views were wonderful and we dined and explored the area easily. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Tanya & Terry place is stunning. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and Tanya made a goody basket for us and had some of local items added to the basket and it was such a treat. Everywhere I looked they made special attention to detail, the king size bed was so luxurious and comfy. And the outdoor view is something so extraordinary. It is so beautiful with such a big deck, garden and that view of the ocean from the house!! we were lucky to see three deers too in their garden. There are just too many good things to list but this is one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at and Tanya & Terry communication with us was top notch and i appreciate them so much for putting the extra effort for their guests.

What a special place to relax and enjoy the San Juan Islands. The sunsets are incredible! The place was clean and the accommodations were great. Especially enjoyed the mid century modern stove!

Wonderful and peaceful stay at Anne’s place. 10 minute walk to the bus which we used to get to central Victoria daily. Beautiful location right on the water. Anne was so accommodating and responsive to any and all of our needs. I’d love to stay again!

Incredible view! Very top of the hill, completely breathtaking. Room was better than expectations, and the tiny details made me feel extremely welcome. Top tier experience!
