We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

Had wonderful stay—it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, though it was a little chilly. The space had everything we needed and perfectly suited our accommodations, including all the essentials, especially for those who enjoy cooking!

The place is pristine, very comfortable, and peaceful. The location of the house is a big plus as sceneries are so beautiful, day and night. We have never felt so comfortable staying in someone else’s home, until we found this place. We enjoyed staying here even for a short period of time. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay while in Poway.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Carol and Tony’s place and would absolutely stay here again. My husband and I were traveling with our 18 month old toddler. Carol set up a pack and play with clean sheets for us before we arrived, and also had a small high chair, and some toys available. Staying here felt like old school Airbnb.. Carol and Tony live right next door and genuinely cared that we had a nice visit, giving us local recommendations and asking if we needed anything (without in any way being invasive). Not all the streets in the residential parts of this neighborhood have sidewalks but it was an easy 15-20 min walk to coffee shops / food / beach, etc.

Three Oaks was a lovely getaway! It was nice being a bit outside of town, very quiet & peaceful. The host was friendly, attentive & very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, something I have a problem with at most hotels I stay in. Will definitely come back on future visits to the area!

The place was roomy, comfortable, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Spotless bathroom and comfortable beds. Leanne was fantastic! She went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

Desiree's guesthouse was fantastic ... extremely well stocked and very private. It was a great place to come back to each evening after a day of sightseeing. I used public transportation for my wanderings and there was a "sketchy " feel to the neighborhood sometimes walking to the bus stop ... street people sleeping on the street. I would never have been out after dark . But I felt VERY secure at the guesthouse. I had a great nine day stay !

Our stay in Michael’s guest house was just what we needed while visiting family on Rancho Bernardo. Two bedrooms were great for our family of four. Having access to outside spaces made it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was walkable, and the access to the horse trail meant urban hikes were right outside the door. This is a great place to stay while exploring greater San Diego, and we would stay again!

My stay was everything that I could have asked for and more. The host was very nice and accommodating, he communicated throughout my stay to make sure we were comfortable. The place was just as described, clean and cozy! The decor and amenities provided was above and beyond. I could not ask for a better host or home. We wish we could have stayed longer, please stay here you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you Anthony :)

We knew we were in for a treat based on the photos- but even more blown away when we arrived! A true piece of Greece right in the heart of San Diego. So many places to relax and unwind, from the fire place, grilling deck up to the hot tub! Worth the price and would absolutely recommend this place and stay again should we find our way back to San Diego!

Our family of three enjoyed the stay! Some positives were: Comfy bed and comforter, shower pressure was great (enjoyed Trader Joe’s shampoo), cute garden and outside sitting area, Keurig coffee machine and coffee., beautiful and safe neighborhood. Wed stay again!

Fantastic location! Private and comfortable! Easy first level space with all the needed requirements. Really enjoyed the garden space to gaze upon from kitchen. Super quaint! Would come back again in a heartbeat, thank you for hosting!

The guesthouse is just as nice as it looks in the pictures and was very clean and welcoming when we entered. The neighborhood was very quiet. Check-in and entry was straightforward and simple and Ewa responded immediately when I had a question. Highly recommended!

BOOK IT! Aesthetically well done, extremely comfortable, perfect location. Really enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. Unit has everything you may need during your stay. Love this neighborhood, so many great restaurants and shops. Parking was always available. Space is squeaky clean and bed is comfy. Next time I’m in SD I will stay here again.

The location is very serene and perfect for a weekend getaway. The decoration is artistic inside with everything you would need. There's also a lot of fun in the garage.

Christine’s place was a perfect place to stay with our family when in town for a wedding. We have two young children and she had toys and a clean pack n play all set out for us. House felt clean and well cared for. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Charming cottage with beautiful landscaping. The bed was super comfortable and the fireplace was great to have. Very walkable to the ocean and shops/restaurants. Kim, the host, was very proactive and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

When you leave a property and say ‘I could live here’ you know it’s a winner! What a fantastic property to explore San Diego. It’s set off the main road, super peaceful and fully detached from the main house. Inside a massive bed and all the creature comforts you could need. Fully decked out kitchen and plenty of food places a short drive away. An allocated parking space by the house is super helpful too. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely visit again!

This property did come as advertised! Quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery, and in a perfect location less than a 10-minute drive from the La Jolla Cove. Kevin was very easy to communicate with and we do appreciate his flexibility with the check-in. The property fully matched the pictures, it had a very comfortable king size bed, and there were an ample amount of linens which can never be taken for granted. Kitchen was well stocked, another thing we really appreciated. Wi-Fi was great for doing some work there too. Highly recommend!

Stayed here over Valentine's Day weekend with my girlfriend and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The unit was very private and had a patio/terrance on the 2nd floor that had an amazing view. TV on the patio was also a nice touch. We also had the pleasure of using their jacuzzi, while watching TV at their bar area. The cleanliness was also unmatched! We had to ask ourselves if we're their first ever guest, that's how clean they keep this unit. Lastly, our host Zach was incredible and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. 5/5 stars, thank you Zach! Hope to come again soon.

I had the most wonderful stay at this 1-bedroom garage apartment in San Diego! The space was perfect for my needs—cozy, clean, and very well-equipped with a comfy living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The layout was efficient and stylish, with plenty of space to relax and unwind and even my own garage. What really made this place stand out, though, was the location. It was just a short walk to a fantastic pizza place and microbrewery, which made it super convenient to grab a bite or enjoy a craft beer after a day of exploring the area. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and I loved how easy it was to get around on foot. If you're looking for a charming, quiet, and well-located spot in San Diego, I highly recommend this apartment. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a peaceful getaway with great local food and drinks nearby!

My husband and I were in town to visit family and honestly we felt like we were staying with family while we were at Joe and Dee Dee's Casita. From the time we were interested in booking until the time we left we felt right at home. Joe met us when we arrived to personally tour us through the property and explain how everything worked so we would be most comfortable. The property is stunning with amazing views. We were especially impressed with how clean and modern the casita is. We were blown away when we entered and that feeling never ended. Anytime there was a question it was answered immediately. Anytime we looked for something we needed, it was right there. They even checked on us to make sure we were happy and comfortable. It was truly a worry free, most relaxing experience. We spent time walking the beach of the lagoon as well as the surrounding neighborhood. It is close to restaurants and the village but far enough to be completely peaceful. We cannot wait to return!

What is not to love about this place? The pictures shown are exactly what the home features but the feeling when you walk in is breathtaking. Definitely recommend staying here also because it’s located in a safe area and away from the main streets, the hosts were very accommodating and has all the amenities of “Home”
