Such a homey and beautiful cottage! The place was so clean and private, and the backyard garden is beautiful (Don is the landscaper himself!) and great for sunbathing. Don is very responsive and accommodating! Didn't get to use the hot tub this time because I forgot my bathing suit, but hopefully will come back again and use it! Highly recommend, 5 stars!!!

The best thing about this small 2nd story apartment is its location in South Park, very close to restaurants, cafes, stores, etc. The apartment was very quiet and clean, and everything worked well. We had to add a guest at the last moment (leaving LA because of the fires in January 2025) and Luci was very accommodating.

Had wonderful stay—it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, though it was a little chilly. The space had everything we needed and perfectly suited our accommodations, including all the essentials, especially for those who enjoy cooking!

I had a fantastic stay and Robert was a great host. The property was gorgeous and close to many shops and restaurants. I would definitely book again and recommend this to others.

Three Oaks was a lovely getaway! It was nice being a bit outside of town, very quiet & peaceful. The host was friendly, attentive & very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, something I have a problem with at most hotels I stay in. Will definitely come back on future visits to the area!

We were in San Diego to visit with family who live in Teri’s neighborhood, so the location was very convenient for us. Everything was comfortable and as described. Teri was super responsive and very helpful. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay, private and quiet. We were unfortunately not able to take advantage of the other things to do at the property as we were busy exploring San Diego. Next time will plan to stay a few more days.

The place was roomy, comfortable, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Spotless bathroom and comfortable beds. Leanne was fantastic! She went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

Had such a wonderful stay here with my boyfriend for about 4 days! There’s a yummy pizza place not even a ten minute walk away. Highly recommend!

As always this gem in Talmadge is amazing! Spotless, wonderful location, all the amenities, as well as an oasis of beauty and serenity! Oh, and the bed is beyond comfortable. Thank you Carlos for always being accessible for any needs. We will be back!!!!

Atoosa's place is FANTASTIC! The description and photos are exactly what you'll get. The parking is on street and very easy, we always had a spot directly in front of the house. I don't think there would ever be an issue with parking. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Very walkable with our dog, it's on a hilltop so be ready for going uphill on walks. The outside was great for views of Mission Bay and San Diego! The inside was immaculate with a modern-ish feeling and everything was very comfortable. Lots of throw pillows and blankets. There is tons of lighting, and the sliding glass door and two huge picture windows let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking meals that included: Keurig, small drip coffee pot, electric kettle, toaster oven, air fryer & rice cooker. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotlessly clean with plenty of lighting and towels. There was also a washer and dryer. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved it so much here!!! In fact, we are returning in a week for another stay. Erin was super friendly and quick to respond. The location was perfect for my kids and I and the place was exactly what we needed! Grateful for the week there and the next one we have booked. Wonderful all around experience!!

BOOK IT! Aesthetically well done, extremely comfortable, perfect location. Really enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. Unit has everything you may need during your stay. Love this neighborhood, so many great restaurants and shops. Parking was always available. Space is squeaky clean and bed is comfy. Next time I’m in SD I will stay here again.

Wonderful from the view to the hosts being friendly and proactive with communication. The casita was spotless and in such a beautiful place, highly recommend and we are talking about coming back again.

Christine’s place was a perfect place to stay with our family when in town for a wedding. We have two young children and she had toys and a clean pack n play all set out for us. House felt clean and well cared for. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This was our second stay at The Villa. It is in a wonderful location, tucked behind the main house in a residential neighborhood and very private. Walking to WindanSea Beach is an easy stroll. The Villa is cozy and well supplied with the basics. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. The host, Kim, is very responsiva if any questions or issues.

This is an almost unimaginably perfect AirBnB for a family. The guest house is spacious, it is equipped with almost everything a family with children could need, and it really does include two playhouses, lots of books, and lots of toys. An independent grocery store is just a few minutes' walk, and two large playgrounds are a 4-minute drive away. On the map, it may seem that the house is a bit far from San Diego's main attractions, but everything actually is just an easy 10- to 20-minute drive. We were very sad to leave!

This small one bedroom one bathroom house is amazing. Your own parking, very spacious inside, small patio and clean. This is one of the best Airbnb my wife and I have stayed at. The location was amazing as well, literally within 5-10 minute drive to Balboa Park or downtown San Diego. I highly recommend it. Also, Marilee was awesome and understanding. I did not reserve the exact days I needed and lucky for me I was able to reserve the extra days. I greatly appreciate the host for her understanding.

Place is perfect for two adults or family with young kids. Good location. Beautiful surroundings. And very pleasant hosts. We will return when in the area. Highly recommend this place. Everything as listed and more.

Beautiful place. There were 2 couples. The 2 master bedrooms with baths was very nice. One of the bedrooms had a TV which was nice. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. Washer and dryer worked well. Place was decorated for Christmas which we enjoyed. Convenient access to I 8.

Everything was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful to find local places. Definitely recommending people that I know to stay with them if they are in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check-in to departure communication was easy and any questions we had were answered quickly. Jared's cottage was perfect for us. We especially loved the architectural/interior design touches. The cottage was immaculate and the bed was so comfy. The bed was so comfortable too.
