This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

Excellent place for those seeking calm and private setting without overpaying for it. Fifteen minute drive to the beach is not a trouble at all, especially if planning to visit some stores, services or restaurants on that route. Private pool right at the door of the individual entrance - no need to fight for your space in the water or at the poolside. Neat room, with just about all you may need during your stay, everything works as it should, immediate response from the owners if something else it requested. I would certainly recommend to anyone, already shared with my friends and big family, and definitely will consider for my next trip to the beach.

Had an awesome stay! The location was perfect for me, and I really liked the neighborhood. The cottage was super comfortable and functionable, and I enjoyed the garden. Bonnie was very helpful, welcoming, proactive and helpful. She is an excellent host and a wonderful person. Would like to come back!

We had an amazing time! The property is absolutely stunning! We brought our own boat and used the dock, caught blue crabs, fed the pigs and chickens & brought our bikes to bike around. The property was peaceful and private. Very safe neighborhood. You do have to drive 20-30 min to get to a grocery store, but we didn’t mind exploring the city of Pace for groceries. The orange cat is very friendly and visited us several times, also there is a siamese cat (he wasn’t very interested in us) There is a grill available, but you need charcoal. Nathan had pool/sand toys available, rafts, beach chairs and fishing poles in the garage for use. My son saw a 4 ft gator at night in the water. So just be cautious if you have kids/small pets! We will defiantly be back!

Chris's place was just what you see in the picture. Great for the price and clean as others have said. Bed comfortable, kitchen stocked and unexpected free snacks & drinks. And I was comfortable with the surroundings.

What a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with a private walkway to the Blackwater Bay. Easy access to the various attractions make this special property a convenient home away from home. Doug and Lesley have thought of everything to make this rental a perfect retreat.

Christopher and Jules are fantastic hosts. I had a wonderful stay at a fantastic little house in Pensacola. House is centrally located in a quaint Pensacola neighborhood with walkable fantastic restaurants. Private comfortable spacious one bedroom house with a new bright airy appearance. Highly recommended!

Loved the backyard and this peace of quiet and calm. Felix was an amazing host and always answered questions quickly. Looks exactly like the photos and well worth it for the amount paid. Would love to stay again!

I stayed here as a solo traveler. I felt right at home and enjoyed the space. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to downtown. The apartment was well appointed and had thoughtful details. I will definitely be back!

Loved Michael’s place! Easy walk to the beach nice beach chairs and umbrella. Everything was like new, very comfortable and inviting. Would definitely recommend!

Anita’s cottage was perfect for my stay. I rented the cottage to spend some time with my grandparents, who lived nearby. Communication was smooth, and Anita was friendly and responsive. The cottage was ideal for having my grandparents visit. Everything was comfortable, and the place was well-appointed. I plan to stay here again in the future.

From booking to check out, the service and location was wonderful. Lisa takes care of her customers and the bnb was so enjoyable. Cozy yet spacious, perfect for a couple who likes to enjoy coffee on a balcony and then enjoy the town.

The space, while small, is very open and feels much bigger, perfect for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable. We slept like babies in the king-size bed with super smooth sheets. The space is back from the street and feels very private and secure. We brought our expensive bicycles and were able to lock them up outside under the staircase with confidence they would not be seen. Our hosts were always communicable and responded within minutes of a query. We had everything we needed! East Hill is a perfect spot for a quiet stay, surrounded by various historic homes and neighborhood parks. This is our go-to for a weekend getaway; it is good for biking and walking, is close to downtown, and has plenty of restaurants nearby. Don't hesitate to book this gem!
