Ideally located accommodation, very neat decoration, perfect for discovering Dinard and its surroundings. Special mention to our hosts who did everything to make our Christmas stay unforgettable. Very nice stay, the magnificent view does almost everything but the accommodation is also well equipped and arranged, it is good (even in December) and the sweet sound of the surf delighted us! Thank you!!

A few meters from the sea, the accommodation is located on a one way street so quiet, for a New Year's Eve night, the neighborhood was not too noisy. Very clean and functional, convenient for our small family (3). Very close to St Malo intra matured. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time in Bréhat. The accommodation is in a very good location with a direct sea view not overlooked! Pleasantly surprised by the kindness of our hosts who after a mishandling on our part have all done so that we can recover the entirety of our first reservation and make it easier for us to book our Christmas holidays! Excellent family stay. The house, perfectly renovated and equipped, has stunning views of St Malo. Sam was very responsive in answering our practical questions. We would be tempted to come back in the warm season to enjoy the terrace and access to the beach

It was very warm and cozy in the house despite January outside temperature. Cozy light, perfect kitchen, sea intoxicating view.

This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. You can sail 30 minutes from Cancale, St Malo, Dinard and 15 minutes from Dinan, perfect! Thanks for the good bottle of Cider when you arrive! We would recommend this listing!

Lovely little house in the middle of the village and very close to beach, port and all the necessary shops. Very good communication with Karine.

Very happy winter stay. I was able to communicate easily with Julien before and during our stay. He was very good advice, always nice and available rather quickly! The space is really nice 👍 The view is beautiful (we miss it). The living/dining room is well laid out and spacious with two children and two dogs 👌 The kitchen is well equipped, even if the fridge is a little small, just get organized and it reveals its effectiveness. The bedrooms are upstairs and you can hear very little when you're downstairs so the insulation is good. The bathroom is functional and bright and having two separate toilets is important when traveling with others. There is a very nice game room downstairs and very generous by what it offers but we did not take advantage of it because we often go for a walk. Very beautiful corners nearby on foot and by car. In short, a really very pleasant stay 😊 THANKS JULIEN 🙏

Great relaxing stay for my friends & me. Really quiet house very peaceful, 2mins not even from the sea. A really nice little coffee awaits on the road. Unable to miss. Compared to the kitchen, I am never seen a kitchen rental with so many cooking appliances available. Really happy with our stay 😊

Beautiful stay in a very clean apartment, very well equipped, electrical appliances like home. Bed made on arrival, very good bedding. We had the essentials (coffee, oil, vinegar, etc.). Parking space is a plus. The views from the balcony were sublime. Jacqueline welcomed us very cordially. We recommend this property and will be sure to come back.

Functional accommodation, very well arranged and very well equipped. The location is ideal with magnificent views of Pointe de la Varde. Coastal path just steps away. Possibility to reach Saint Malo intramuros through the beaches in low tide. Caroline was considerate and always attentive. A perfect stay!

Great location on the sea front, 10 minutes away (walking) from intramuros. Very quiet appartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Marie-Claire welcomed us with great recommendations about the neighbourhood and we felt at home right away. Strongly recommended!

Communication was straightforward and clear. Shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away. Parking in the garage was also very beneficial.
