Martin's apartment was neat, tidy, and had everything I need. Martin greeted me and I was struck by his incredible friendliness, and patiently answered my questions. The apartment is at the top floor of his house with lots of stairs, but manageable. The instruction laid out was clear, concise. Arguably the best Airbnb I found in Bochum.

Really very clean accommodation, located 20 min by car from Düsseldorf Messe for lovers of the various lounges that are organized there. Welcoming, responsive and discreet host. Restaurants nearby: we recommend the Portuguese restaurant Bistro Lisboa for both the quality of the service and the cuisine. We'll come back without hesitation!

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed how comfortable the apartment was. It feels brand new with nice furniture and was well appointed for cooking and there is also a desk with monitor for working at. The host was very responsive and helpful and checked in with us during our stay. Parking was always easy to find on the street outside the apartment. There is a nice shopping street just around the corner with restaurants, bakeries, a grocery store, and lots of shops. One thing to note is that there are two flights of stairs up to the apartment and one is a spiral and a little narrow if you have heavy bags.

Parking right in front of the house after it is a quiet residential area. Unfortunately, the location is far bomb center in Mönchengladbach and I also have to deduct stars in terms of price. Beautiful, large apartment with a huge dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a private TV room with sky. I slept in the small bedroom with a bed with Tempur mattress. My companion also felt very comfortable in the other bedrooms. Parking is available in front of the house and we have even received free guest parking passes. The location of the apartment is very good. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the apartment!

Kudos! We were in Dusseldorf for a long awaited gathering of old friends (plus a little one). Hamza's place is perfect for our communiom. The communication with Hamza is extremely smooth. The neibourhood is quiet. Easilly accessible to U-bahn stations and, most importantly for us, the Japanese quarter. Strongly recommend, especially for groups of friends or big families!

Super schöne Suite ☺️ Check-in and check-out was contactless and smooth. The suite offers a sauna and a jacuzzi that you can use on your own. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail and invites you to feel comfortable. We were completely satisfied and had a relaxing and relaxing weekend.
