Awesome place ! Spectacular lake views! We were able to enjoy a fire in the fire pit beside the water. Close to many great wineries. Would highly recommend!

This place was beautiful! The cabin was so cute and cozy and extremely clean! All of the decorations, furniture, blankets, etc made it the perfect place for our wintry weekend getaway. We did some snowshoeing around the property and had so much fun! Then we got to come back and relax in the hot tub on the porch and watch the snow fall. If you’re looking for a place to be able to disconnect and just have a peaceful vacation, this is the place! Thank you Chris for sharing this spot with everyone! We would love to come back in the summer to explore some of the area lakes!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was amazing, and the host was exceptional. It's conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and bars. The house sits on the waterfront and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. There are endless activities available both on the property and in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back in the future.

Stayed for my partners birthday, the cabin and property were beautiful! It was super easy to find and enter, the Magic Castle staff were quick to provide information to make our stay comfortable. Charcoal and firewood for grill and fire pit were easily accessible and the hot tub was clean and so relaxing! They bring breakfast in the morning, the homemade donuts were amazing! We brought our dog and they had so many resources available including a lead for the yard. All and all we had a great time and will be returning!

Super convenient location. Minutes away from town but still very private and peaceful. Jill was very communicative and helped with recommendations. Apartment was clean and wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable. Hot tub is a definite plus. Would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Adam’s Lake Front Cottage on Seneca Lake, and it was a delightful experience. Adam graciously allowed our dogs to join us, which made our stay even more special. The cottage is charming and well-appointed, with cozy decor and a well-equipped kitchen. However, the breathtaking location truly sets it apart. The views from the large windows, front yard, and hot tub over Seneca Lake are stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. We loved sipping coffee in the hot tub in the morning and enjoying local hard cider in the evening. With a dock and easy water access, the lake is perfect for swimming, kayaking, or lounging. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the peaceful lakeside setting. Adam was welcoming and attentive, providing brochures on local attractions. If you’re looking for a serene escape in the Finger Lakes, this cottage is a fantastic choice. We left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return. Highly recommended!

“Location, Location, Location!” You can not find any better spot than this one. If you want to get a feel of living like a local, or just have a convenient home base for all of the amenities of WNY, you have found it here! Cozy and clean inside, along with a beautiful front porch, and great backyard. Coffee shop just around the corner and a popular ice cream shop just steps away. If you find that it is available for your dates of choice, book it!

We only spent a few nights but wish we could have stayed longer. The house met or exceeded every expectation we had. Catharine was friendly and responsive, even made sure we had arrived safely. I specifically chose this house because the views of the lake and this house did not disappoint. Spectacular! The house is extremely clean, well appointed, and Catharine even had holiday decorations throughout (we rented for a long weekend just before Christmas. So many tasting room options, local dining options, and things to do in the Seneca Lake area. Looking forward to a return visit to this or one of Catharine’s other rentals in this same area. You won’t regret renting this cottage!

I stayed at this Airbnb over New Year’s Eve, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was fantastic. The amenities provided everything we needed and more, from a fully equipped kitchen to a super comfortable bed. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. Thank you for helping us start the new year on such a great note! We’d love to stay again in the future.

Nancy’s place was a great option for my stay in the area. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the couch was comfortable. As was the one bed I slept in. I was visiting for a work trip. Nancy was also incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and was offering suggestions for the area I found useful. I’m glad to have found this place. While on this trip, I did not bring my dogs, I will be sure to stay here on my next one to the area. I typically stay in hotels here, but I will do my best to stay at Nancy’s anytime visiting in the future.

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

Had a great mini-weekend away. Emily was flexible with check-in when we arrived a little early. Super walkable to the main strip downtown. Check in and check out was super easy, Emily told us to take our time. Communication and instruction was super clear throughout. Apartment is exactly what we expected. We didn't hear any noise from the floor above whatsoever. Would absolutely stay here again for our next time in Saratoga.

Sunset Haven was a beautiful place to stay. It was amazing to look right out on the lake. The hot tub was wonderful to sit in even though it was cold. If you love to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of things to make meal prep easy to do! I didn't want to leave!

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend stay at Julie’s house. There was lots of space indoors and out. The hot tub, pool, fire pit, and grill were all put to good use and made our stay so homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. The location is excellent with easy access to 87, SPAC, and the race track.

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! We spent a fabulous winter weekend with old friends. The place was perfect for getting out into the snow. We x-country skied on nearby BREIA trails and went sledding (tobogganing) right outside the door. The place is also perfect for staying in. Beautiful views and toasty hot tub made hanging out dreamy. Our party included 4 couples, 2 college-aged kids, and a 6 year old. We all had a nice plane to sleep and the house offered something for everyone (Pool table, Lego, board games, arcade) Highly recommend.

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

Gina's place was super clean and cozy. Had everything I could need. They provided me with a snow brush when the rental car company did not. Great place and great hosts.
