Beautiful and very roomy and spacious house. Warm and comfortable. Well equipped.Particularly for the two dogs - utility room and nice secure garden and park very close. Great to have 4 x bathrooms/shower rooms. Great walking distance into town. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rona was a superb host and the house is a beautiful place to stay. The family had a great time during our stay and we will certainly be recommending the house to friends and family.

Pear Tree House was a delight. Beautiful, clean, cosy accommodation - the pictures do not do it justice! Tastefully decorated and well stocked, perfect for our get together - everyone was amazed! Our hosts were communicative and super helpful and organised the rooms for lots of single sleepers. Kitchen had lots of cultlery/utensils, crockery and glasswear - often overlooked by other Air BnBs. The Coffee Maker was a hit! The Living room was cosy and using the Smart TV was a breeze. The Bedrooms were well stocked with space for clothes, additional charging cables and side tables! The showers were lovely and hot and lots of lovely extra touches were provided which really made the stay easy, homely and comfortable. Lots of additional information was left to help us, all the amenities and facilities worked brilliantly and there is plenty of parking! It is easily one of the best stays I have ever had! I would highly recommend for families, couples get aways or friends catching up.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The house was full of character and tastefully decorated. The grounds of the manor were beautiful, interesting and great for a peaceful walk amongst woodland, rolling countryside views and animals and nature. The house was well equipped for a large group, with plenty of crockery, glassware, etc and large living room and dining table. The decor in every room was beautiful and stylish. We loved spending time in the hot tub overlooking the stunning woodland surroundings. The property was very clean and comfortable and the rooms were a decent size with good quality furniture. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this property a ‘home from home’ for guests. Thank you for a delightful stay.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and one of the nicest AirBnBs we have ever stopped in.

The house was great, everything we needed was readily available. The location was fine, a modern housing estate which we found to be quiet and secure feeling. We found the beds a bit firm for our liking, but that is personal preference. All in all we found the stay very enjoyable with quick access to the Snowdome which is why we visited.

Scott was very proactive in offering instructions, advice and support if it was needed. He was flexible and always available. The property was exactly as it was described and there were no issues encountered. Great stay and a great host!

I loved spending Christmas at this caravan. It was beautifully warm and cosy in a gorgeous location with lots of excellent walking routes. Lovely hosts make you feel so welcome too.

Great place in a lovely location. Only 5 minutes from Bakewell but felt beautifully peaceful. House was lovely and kitchen was well equipped. Pool and games facilities were also a great addition. Thanks for a lovely stay

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

A fantastic family long weekend. The house is great for large groups with plenty of entertaining space and facilities in addition to the fab pool and hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

The Loft is such a cosy, gorgeous space. Very homely and had everything we needed . On arrival we felt so relaxed that we decided not to go out for dinner, and instead to stay in, cook a meal and then chill in the hot tub. The bed is super comfortable. Didn’t get chance to explore the yurt etc really as was a fleeting visit, but will definitely be back!! Look forward to returning

Very nice accommodation, with all the facilities you would need. It is located in a nice quiet part of the Derbyshire Dales and well placed to visit the whole area. The hosts communicate very well. Definitely recommended.

I recently stayed at clematis cottage it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is a great place to unwind after a day of muddy walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The cottage was well-equipped and maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I couldn't fault anything during my time there it was simply delightful! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape into nature and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

I only stayed one night on my journey north, but it is a lovely place to stay. Warm and comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay. As with many properties the photos don't do it justice with the main room being larger that it appears online! Emma was very quick to respond to enquiries and very helpful.

Our party of 3 couples really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, comfortable cottage. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped and the lounge very cosy, with enough comfy seating for us all. Youlgreave is a beautiful village with many options for walks directly from the house. Communication with Simon and Jen was excellent and we would definitely recommend their cottage as a great base from which to explore this beautiful area.

We were looking for somewhere close to where we needed to be, and would allow us to bring our 2 well behaved dogs. So glad we did. The house is beautifully presented, the attention to detail was outstanding. There were many thoughtful touches including the flowers, chocolates and donut dog biscuits. The log burner was lovely and the supply of wood much appreciated. Very comfortable bed and quality bed linen was again much appreciated. And the overall huge tick in the box for us was the house top to bottom is spotlessly clean. Highly recommend and we will be back.

The Nook was really cosy and ideal for our stay within walking distance of our son's place, good for shops and buses to Nottingham and easy to walk into the countryside. Thanks for all the info on places to go.
