Very modern and spacious stay, and a comfortable couch for resting after long days exploring Munich! Loved the balcony and everything functioned very well. The apartment was well situated for our needs and Gaby was helpful with everything we needed. Wifi worked perfectly.

Great apartment, (if you travel by car), everything is very well stocked and spotlessly clean. Mark met us at the property and in a nutshell explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area. Nice comfortable bed, great internet. There were always free spots in the parking lot near the house. Not far from this location there is all the necessary infrastructure, shops, etc. Our stay was short but comfortable enough. The only thing for which it would be possible to lower the rating is that in the middle of the night the heating went into a saving mode and the house became cool, but by the morning everything was restored. Unfortunately, this is typical not only for this apartment, but also for the whole accommodation in Germany (except where you will manage this process yourself). Recommended.

Lauia has a great place. Book with confidence. Wonderful host & tram stop to get everywhere quickly is right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again.

Letizia's place was as described, clean, and in a great location! It was within easy walking distance to Altstadt Landshut and 1/2 block from major bus lines and a grocery store. This was particularly valuable for me as I chose not to rent a car. I could get anywhere I wanted with ease. Letizia was extremely responsive and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I would stay here again on my next visit!

Matthias is a great host. The apartment was clean and tidy and it has everything you need or require. Nearby there is a bus station that takes you everywhere ;) I liked the apartment and would definitely come back again.

A very lovingly furnished apartment. Silvia is a charming host. We were spoiled with homemade apple jelly, apples and pears from the beautiful garden. The view from the breakfast balcony is very relaxing and you will be pampered with sun.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

We loved this place. We didn't care for the third party company, but we were allowed to work around that, so it all worked out. The hosts themselves were absolutely wonderful.

The flat was spacious and well decorated. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The stove and oven were easy to work and plenty of dishes and utensils supplied. She has a binder with helpful instructions for how to get around Munich and things to do. Bathroom was clean and plenty of storage space if you are planning a longer stay. She was extremely kind and understanding towards any requests my husband and I had. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a dream to be in. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers for skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for lounging with 5 people. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thanks for everything!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Stefan and Jackeline’s Airbnb and would highly recommend to anyone visiting or staying in Munich! The Airbnb was exactly was described and was extremely comfortable with all the listed amenities. Very well located Airbnb to nearby public transport and in a safe and private area. There are small extra details such as small snacks and drinks provided by the hosts which are really appreciated and make the Airbnb feel very home-like. Stefan was also an extremely friendly host and very proactive with any questions we had, highly recommend!

Just in advance, the apartment is a 10/10. Everything is new and modernly furnished and very clean. There is everything you need in terms of amenities. Quietly located, yet shopping is within easy reach. The icing on the cake was the hot tub on the terrace. Leopold is a very friendly and helpful host. We'll happily come back anytime.

Nice rental in a great location to visit Munich on foot. Klaus and Florian are welcoming and always available. The rooftop terrace and pool are a real asset in the city center. A property to be remembered and permanently shared.

We spent New Year's Eve here with our circle of friends. The apartment was spotless and felt like we were the first guests to move into this apartment. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom as well as the general equipment were very clean and very modern. Freddy, the co-host, was super friendly and always easy to reach. Check-in and everything around went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We spent an entire weekend at this beautiful place. The highlight was of course the hot tub and absolute tranquility + privacy. The AIRBNB has everything you need to feel comfortable. There are many good restaurants nearby and of course the Ingolstadt - Village which invites you to shop. All in all, it was a great weekend. A TV in the bedroom would still be the icing on the cake, otherwise everything is perfect ❤️

Even though we were only there one night. We all felt right at home. The apartment was very nicely decorated and all the necessary things were available. The arrangements between Max and I worked out wonderfully, and you have also responded to requests or inquiries. In short: the apartment is top, clean and a great view. We will come back soon if we are around here.

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.
