Villa vacation rentals in Erdeven

We spent a 3-day stay working as a team, to get together and enjoy a setting that escapes us. The house was perfect for it! It is very large, and has guaranteed us a sufficient number of rooms. There were enough spaces to be able to work, the wifi worked very well, and the kitchen was very well equipped to cook for everyone. The proximity to the Rhuys peninsula and Vannes allowed us to excursions between our work sessions. Thank you!

Lovely house. Great location. We had a great week.

Wow!!! That's the watchword when you push the period door of this beautiful restored home. All amenities are there and easy to access. The house is light as well as the spacious bedrooms and quality bedding. We will repeat our reservation next year if there is a badminton competition.

We had a great time in Marie's place, ideal for us who came as a team in Carnac. 4 accommodations with independent spaces allowing privacy for everyone, but also a common space with a large table, sofa... Very well located in the heart of Carnac, close to shops and the beach. Marie is a perfect host, has been flexible to adapt to our time constraints and was very responsive to change a defective shower hose. Thank you again for your welcome!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this house! Everything was thought out down to the last detail to make our experience unforgettable. The views are breathtaking, a real living painting that changes as the day goes by. The host's attention to the atmosphere of the house really made a difference: the beautifully decorated Christmas tree immediately put us in the holiday spirit. It was a delicate touch that affected the whole family. The host, in addition, is responsive and truly kind. A big thank you. We'll be happy to go back. Cécile

Very beautiful house with garden and very nice sea view. 4 beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable double beds (including 1 master suite on the ground floor). bicycles (a little outdated) are available which is very appreciated. a large courtyard to park 1 or several cars. quiet house, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Negatives: very weak wifi and 4G.. equipped kitchen but equipment (toaster, filter coffee maker) a little outdated. a nespresso is however available. The paint would need to be redone upstairs. Despite these details, we had a great time. we will be back!

The house and location are stunning! Every morning drinking coffee and looking out over the ocean through all the windows was incredible. We opened the sliding doors when it was warm enough and it makes the common areas feel like a patio. The pool is warm and the kids swam for hours every day. The rooms are all lovely, clean, and simply decorated. The kitchen is reasonable stocked and has what you need to make meals for lots of people. Remember to bring your own essentials like hand soap, dishwashing tabs, and toilet paper. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the washing machine. Overall I would highly recommend this property and we would love to come back someday! One thing to note, we came the 2nd week of September and most of the amenities in town were about to shut down for the season - so if you are coming off season you’ll need to drive a bit for your fresh baked goods.

There were eight of us, with children and grandchildren, and each of us would like to return to Magali's really very nice house at any time. Everything as shown in the photos. Great terrace with priceless sea views to the west with stunning sunsets. The pool and jacuzzi with ideal temperature to play in the water longer even with the children. From our point of view, the good mattresses are also worth mentioning. Magali was always very accessible, very friendly and helpful and with good tips for restaurants and hobbies. An all-round successful vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in Vannes thanks to the house which offers the space needed for a cousinade. Yves and Sylvie were very helpful by being responsive to the small concerns we had. Let's recommend the house for the location and the space.

A little moment of escape that completely disconnected us from reality. The quality of the bedrooms is up to that of the living room /living room / kitchen. The volume of each room is just amazing. Thanks again to the owner for this night of EVGJF at their place.

Great stay at a beautiful location.

Great, nice house. Despite the capricious weather on the weekend of our visit, we didn't feel cramped by staying in the house. The pool as well as foosball are a great plus to occupy the days. I highly recommend it!

Very good stay, warm and pleasant welcome, a perfectly clean, modern and functional house, a beautiful exterior, a perfect place to spend an unforgettable time with family or friends.

Florent welcomed us very warmly in a listing as described. The house is pretty, quiet, with a slightly cool but very pleasant heated pool. It has everything you need to have a good week. Well located in relation to Vannes but 45 min from other points of interest (Quiberon, Plouharnel beaches, Carnac,...). Bedding is clean but rigid.

House inhabited and not a product for renting, hence a very well-equipped, comfortable, spacious and modern house, a beautiful garden very well maintained and "cherry on the cake" a heated pool (well now it's probably even better when the weather is really nice, but Anthony can't do anything) Excellent contact with Anthony always available and responsive

We had a great week at Yannick's house! It is tastefully decorated and has everything you need, the heated pool is a real plus! The location is perfect, a children's park next door, the bakery and a large crossroads accessible on foot or by bike in less than 5 minutes. Yannick welcomed us very warmly and provided us with the crib and essentials which is sometimes rare in airbnbs! A great place to remember!

Very nice house, well arranged and very well equipped. The grounds are spacious and well protected. If you like to cook, you will be able to use all the accessories provided (plancha, barbecue, professional stove...). In short, a very good stay for a large family with toddlers (safe house, games available, many outdoor games and for the pool). Namely the presence of tenants above the garages (very discreet).

We had a lovely stay at Christelle and Antony's. Responsive, pleasant and caring hosts for the well-being of tenants. Antony advised us a lot of nice things to do, and we were not disappointed. Really very clean house, very well equipped and comfortable absolutely nothing to say. Thank you again for everything. It was perfect.

We had a great time in Arradon, at Charlotte's home. The house is very well equipped, spacious and very well arranged. Vannes is 10 minutes away and the other cities in the north of the golf course can be reached in less than 30-40 minutes. Charlotte had kindly left us bicycles available but for the occasional cyclists that we are, it is better to plan to rent bikes with electric assistance because there are a few beautiful coasts to ride;)
