The apartment is very nice. You have a private spa for one hour a day. The apartment is located a small mountain road from the village of See. The drive to the lake takes about 15 minutes. The path is not recommended on foot.

View is incredible, apartment in a great location with free garage use. Would 100% recommend a car if you stay here! All the hosts are great and very responsive, would definitely come back!

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our family of three had a fantastic stay. The apartment is well appointed with modern appliances and is very comfortable - a great place to unwind and recover from a day of sightseeing. It manages to be both close to all the action and very quiet. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend- we are already planning a rerun trip!

Beautiful, spacious, bright, very clean apartment. The layout of the rooms is particularly well designed and we found the soundproofing great. Being two couples, one of them with a son, we found the possibility of having two separate sleeping areas: a double bedroom with bathroom on one side, and another two bedrooms +1 bathroom on the other, shared by the large central living area with respect to the apartment. Very comfortable. I highly recommend it and, who knows, we hope to have another chance in the future.

Great spacious apartment in a perfect location! We loved the apartment and we had so much room. It was in the perfect location, a short walk to the Duomo and easy walk to the other museums, the castle and places we wanted to visit. The owners were wonderful. They gave us lots of recommendations on places to visit and places to eat. Communication with them was great and check in was so easy and Ferdinando was there outside to greet us and show us around the apartment. Beautiful apartment and clean and we enjoyed the small balcony overlooking the main street. We had a great time in Milan and would definitively recommend this apartment!

Harold responded very quickly to everything I wrote. The home exceeded our expectations, it was really nice and spacious. Very quite area, very close to town and with lots of good restaurants. Top marks for Harold and his apartment.

An extremely friendly, helpful, relaxed and emphatic hostess made our stay in the very well-equipped apartment pleasant. We loved the sensational views and the many pets (two cute dachshunds and four sweet cats). The approach on the last 600 meters and the steps to the apartment took some getting used to. The pool is tasteful and beautifully landscaped. Due to the rather bad weather for this season, however, we used it little. Restaurants etc. are not easily accessible on foot! There is a footpath to Gravedona, but with a full stomach I don't think it's so great. But you can, if you have stocked up in the Iperal in Dongo (preferably on the way there already), cook and dine wonderfully there. We can definitely recommend the place! Thanks Silvia!!

Superb location and ideal for visiting Como by going down with the funicular. Friendly hosts and full of good tips. Despite the delay of our plane we were warmly welcomed. Everything was perfect, ideal stay. Thank you for the small touches and your kindness, we will come back☺️.

The place was as described and the contact with the host was incredibly quick and straightforward. All requests were responded to and we were also given some recommendations for the area. Overall, it was very clean and a nice apartment. We would have liked to have stayed longer and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great view and the pool (which we could no longer use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, which means you either have to buy something in smaller stores (if you can find a parking space) or you have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start a few hikes directly from the apartment. Restaurants are available in the village or in nearby villages as long as you can find a parking space - which unfortunately was an issue even in October (also due to construction sites)

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

The penthouse was gorgeous! The most beautiful views to wake up to. You can enjoy a cup of espresso or a glass of wine on the patio with the most beautiful view of the lake. David was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back when we visit Lake Como again.

An amazing vacation, largely thanks to this wonderful apartment. Debora was very friendly, welcoming, and kind, helped with all our requests, and was always available and quick to respond. A fantastic place with indescribable beauty, highly recommended!

We were blown away by Laura’s place. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The view of the lake and mountains is just stunning. We didn’t want to leave!

We (couple) are repeat offenders and always happy to be at Casa Roselli. We arrive and feel at home. Monika is an incredibly nice hostess. The amenities in the house are exceptionally good and commendable and everything is always taken care of in and around the house. The pool and garden are also great. All in all, an extraordinary spot on earth and a small island of bliss! Thanks for the nice vacation.

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.
