If you overcome the impact of the six floors on foot, Francois's apartment is really a pleasant place to return after a long day around Paris. The neighborhood is cozy, quiet, the house furnished in a thoughtful and elegant way, especially clean, as it sometimes does not happen to find. We felt at home!

Stayed at Charles place over a long weekend in Paris, the apartment is exactly like the picture, very cool retro theme. It's right by the metro which was perfect. Charles is a super responsive host, would highly recommend.

Nathalie's house is perfectly situated in the 10th arrondissement, a few steps from the metro and about three minutes' walk from numerous restaurants and convenience stores. It's a fantastic space full of great books and art, but also very warm and comforting to return to after a day exploring Paris. The stairs (six flights) are not for the elderly or unfit but the payoff is solitude and good views of the neighbourhood. Nathalie is also a helpful and communicative host.

Linda was very easy to communicate with, and the place is lovely! Super simple to get anywhere by either train or bus, and a great area to explore as well. Despite it being winter, there was a day that was sunny enough to have a tea on the balcony (rugged up!), which was really pleasant. Great to have a microwave, fridge, kettle and stove - so helpful. This was a perfect apartment for our trip with two toddlers - a quiet spot in Paris right next to a park with a great playground. We walked to many great places and it’s also very convenient for public transportation. Our host was very responsive, keen to make sure we enjoyed our trip, which we very much did. The apartment had all we needed with two small children - we were all sad to leave. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

We stayed for 4 days and we were very happy about the place. We had enough space and the sauna was amazing.

This may be long but.. Our stay with Mélanie was great. Mélanie had great communication from start to finish and was very detailed with all instructions which was greatly appreciated. She made the check in effortless. We felt very secure and safe at the residence. It's surprisingly secluded which was great and you really don't hear much, if any noise. A lot of reviews comment about the toilet not being in the same place as the shower and sink but this was something we appreciated cause who wants to hear and smell everytime someone goes to the toilet. It is tight but not uncomfortable but I found all toilets in France to be like that. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has just about everything you need. Very walkable to metro, shops, and eateries. Would definitely stay again. A great value for our experience.

This was the perfect spot for our family of four during our winter break stay in Paris. We’d already been away from home traveling for a week when we arrived here so it was a real treat to have a full house to stay in- the space for the kids to have their own bedroom and a bathroom for everyone if necessary was luxurious after staying in much smaller places. Furthermore, this home is so charming & comfortable, we didn’t want to leave. Everyone enjoyed cuddling with Yuzu the cat, eating fresh baked goods from the bakery on the way to the metro, and eating real meals with a full kitchen. Highly recommend, this is our favorite place we’ve stayed!

Maite is a warm host, absolutely flexible and explained everything important to us upon our arrival. In addition, she was always available. The apartment was as described,although it is located on a main road, but in the backyard, it was very quiet, you didn't hear anything, even on the balcony. The balcony is an absolute plus. The location with various metro stations in the immediate vicinity is great, shopping just around the corner.

My stay at Mélanie's went very well. The place was clean and nice. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and the bed was particularly comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! 👍

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

we had a great time at Romains airbnb. Location was perfect. There are a ton of restaurants and shops all around. it was also very easy to walk or take the metro to a lot of big attractions. The place was very spacious for 2 people. Kitchen was well stocked. The neighbors cat kept visiting us from the window sill which was a plus! I would definitely recommend reserving Romains place for your visit in Paris.

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.

The accommodation perfectly matches the description, good location, secure, calm, bedroom overlooking the interior garden, well heated, comfortable bedding and above all very clean (the impeccable bathroom)! The accommodation is only 10 minutes away from two demetro lines. Multiple coffee for breakfast. I liked the neighborhood, my wife a little less, but it's all about perspective. The accommodation contains everything you need, but what good to cook when you are in Paris with all these restaurants! Thank you for a wonderful stay in the city of love.
