Nancy was an extremely nice host, responsive, and kind. The property is within a walking distance to Westfiled mall, shops, and restuarants. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and beautiful. We had everything we needed at Nancy's place. I have no complaints, but only compliments. We will be back to stay here with Nancy again.

Awesome location. Set up really nicely inside. Clean and tidy. Host is super attentive to messages and answers questions with next to no delay. Totally worthwhile and relaxing. If you need a good sized apartment that’s local to ponsonby and the cbd this is perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat

We had an exceptional stay at this apartment. Its central location allowed us to explore the city .The accommodation was spotless, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

Great stay! Had everything I needed and great location.

Lovely, well set up place in a good location. Highlights include secured parking, a comfortable bed and large, openable windows. The kitchen was well set up and the bathroom tidy with a good shower. The only drawback was worn velcro on the couch which meant the cushions moved and came off easily again and again, but we did watch heaps of Netflix! Overall the stay was great and would happily recommend to others.

Had a great stay. We appreciated the thoughtful extras of a selection of coffee and milk in the fridge. The location is great, as St Helier’s is a lovely area of Auckland and has some great shops. We felt refreshed after our stay

Lovely apartment in a quiet residential area but buses to Auckland handy. Takeaways and local store minutes away. Great kitchen! A decent sized studio in a great location. Communication from Cannelle was great, she was responsive and gave us a late check out. No air con but it wasn't too bad at this time of the year.

Lum is, as always, the best Airbnb host! This is my favourite place to stay on my 5-day work trips to Auckland - feels like home, everything you need plus so easy to walk to Parnell, the domain, the waterfront and also perfectly located for easy motorway access for work commute. This was a great apartment to stay in, super easy to get in (very detailed instructions), handy to the Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct. Great views, nice and spacious - fantastic for a group.

Perfect location for staying in the city. 2 pools to choose from and a great sauna and spa. Room had everything we needed. Very helpful host, will definitely stay here again if we're in the city :)

The perfect place on the Auckland waterfront to stay and unwind or prepare for the long flight back home. Chantel meet us on arrival, and quickly introduced us to the apartment and all the details that usually require reading the house manual. The in house gym and pool/spa also add to experience, the broad walk is great for a early morning walk. There is a small food market close by, and a Fresh Fish shop with in walking distance, would recommend visiting both. This apartment is very well equipped and very secure. Would highly recommend this location.

I am a regular at Geoff’s listing. This was my first time staying at his second listing on the same property. It is wonderful! But i expected no less. Beautifully furnished, spotless, and massive with the whole bottom floor of the house to yourself. With your own entrance it keeps your stay very private. Highly recommend!

Great central location for exploring Auckland! The apartment had everything we needed for a lovely stay including very comfortable beds. Considering it is in the city center, the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite spacious. Jane was extremely communicative and the instructions to get into the apartment were very clear. Thank you!

Great stay! It was close to many bars, restaurants and buses to get around! The apartment is exactly as pictured. We used the pool and gym (there are 2) and they had everything you need. Monica the host was fabulous! Responsive and helpful at all times! We would stay again! Thank you for everything!😀
