We just spent two wonderful weeks in the Gite de Mouchou. The house offers everything you need for a longer stay: plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, large terrace and much more. It's a bit remote, but that's exactly why we chose it. Our dog was able to run free without us having to pay attention to traffic. Cows and bulls graze left and right and you are in the middle of nature. Especially in winter, it's great to sit in the warm hot tub and look into the beautiful garden. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be back! There is a small disadvantage, however: the Internet connection is not so reliable if you want to work remotely from here. But it's enough for entertainment.

Nice mobile home very well equipped which makes it possible to lighten up by car. It also has convenient covered terrace when there is wind and a small garden area with sunbed. Clara is responsive, she takes the time to answer any questions you may have before and during the stay. Close to Montpellier for visits or walks around the campsite or a little further. As per Clara's description. We'll be happy to go back.

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. Incredible property and garden. Totally magical, our two year old was blissfully happy here as were we! Great location with a short walk to town full of lots of things to do and great places to eat. Christine and Jacques were so incredibly kind, communicative and helpful, letting us do our washing, taking us to the train station and letting our very enthusiastic toddler help feed the animals! Our only regret is that we don’t speak better French to be able to chat to them more!

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room to relax. It wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but the area around the pool and terrace was very inviting and comfortable.

We have had an amazingly lovely holiday in Montmirat. The house is exceptionally charming and decorated with good taste. It's spacious with room for a big family. Both the pool area and the terrace are cozy and shaded. We drove to Nimes on a day trip a few times, which is recommended. Laurie and her family have made us feel welcome. Hello, Mont St Clair where we came in our childhood in the COTTAGE of our great-aunt **Villa Albertine** .. Germain's has the luxury of now, but it keeps its character. It is exactly as described in the brochure (clean and spacious). The view is superb, the calm is present... Its location is easy to access and a bus line 100 meters away takes us to the center of Sète in 10 minutes. We thank Nadia for hosting us and we plan to return. Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.
