We made a great stay, the house is close to markets, pharmacy and easy access to the other beaches. Ubatuba beach has a great stretch of sand and is clean. The house is not a foot in the sand but within a few minutes walk it is possible to reach the beach. The house is according to the listing and Anelise has answered us promptly in everything we request.

Local is legal.Felipe has always been proactive and quick to fulfill our orders.We lack of" pots" to store food. A little insecurity with portao without a safe bad lock,then he got a chain and padlock. Village TIP: need for air-conditioning or rod fan in the room, plus safety for portoes, perhaps a larger barbecue for eight people became small, and the living room sofa,is with springs /sunken seat,we sit a few times on the boards. But, we would return, absolutely, just a few adjustments are missing. Happy 2025!

Beautiful and well-kept house, exactly as described in the listing. The town of Itapoá is in a very peaceful region of Itapoá, ideal for those traveling with children.

We love the stay. The house is simple, but very cozy, the location is very close to the market and bakery, but going to the beach on foot would be quite tiring. I felt at home, comfortable beds, bed and bath linen available and clean. We arrived had soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In addition to coffee powder and filter for preparation. The kitchen has everything you need, everything was clean and organized. The tv was open netflix and prime. They were very nice days. As a suggestion, leave the wifi password visible in the house, and a shower or even a hose would be better for us to get the sand off the beach before entering the house.

Hosts helped us in everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it sells enough that we hardly even use the air conditioning. Rooms are spacious, I liked it more personally than for a photo. The hosts live in the house below, which made it all easier, helped me with everything. Me and my family stayed for 1 week and loved!

A Estádia was great, the house is like in the pictures, the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils, the mattresses and bedding were clean and smelling, the pool is large and it was clean, in the house there are beach chairs and parasol. We stayed in the purple cottage, we just love it! All clean, good space, privacy, the house was extremely clean, impeccable kitchenware, the house was so smelly🤍🤍.
