All we needed for weekend of event in Caen cosy place with a lot of personal touch we really liked 🙂

Wonderful owner! Sensitive, kind, responsive. Always in touch and will tell you everything. Very nice apartment, everything is there for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend! We spent our vacation as if we were at home.

We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

Very pleasant apartment and host. Convenient parking. Beautiful garden and sea view in the distance. Direct pedestrian access beach by alleyways and stairs not always secure (very narrow or nonexistent sidewalks at the immediate exit of the residence)

Fantastic place to stay. Lots of space. Kitchen had everything you could want. TV has lots of channels and so good for relaxing. Balcony had view of the river. Totally recommend.

Really great house for a group weekend away - very cosy while also very spacious for 11 of us . Beautiful interior design - actually looked nicer than some of the photos! Lots of thoughtful touches like bath salts. Very comfy beds as well. Highly recommend and may well stay again. Thanks very much Simon!

We enjoyed the night in this house at Chloe's. The house was very tidy and clean, nickel. Tourist documents were present, from cupcakes and coffee capsules too: perfect for hospitality. I add elements to the description of the premises: - wc and bathroom are separate and are on the ground floor while the 2 bedrooms (spacious) are upstairs. - The bathroom is well arranged (large shower) but too small to put a heater in. Since the ventilation mouth works great, the bathroom is not the hottest room in the house. - Another point: A small garden with flowers and a table on a terrace enhance the living room. The garden is well enclosed. Access to the entrance door from the gate is thanks to a gentle slope, perfect for wheeled suitcases. - the train station is nearby (but no noise from trains and announcements). - the city center is close by with lots of shops.

We had a great time at the place which was a great fit. Plouha and its surroundings allow you to discover the beauties of Brittany (Paimpol, Perros Guirec...) Thanks to Anne who was a very welcoming host with her little touches, especially for the children. A great moment out of time.
