The states were great! All rooms have air conditioning, the internet is very fast, kitchen utensils to the right extent, I only miss the space to work, so if you are thinking about working from this apartment, I do not recommend it, but if you are going to enjoy a vacation, the ape is great!! The staff working in the building are super polite and helpful. I highly recommend the place to enjoy the beach during holidays!

Great Apartment! The kitchen is extremely equipped, with air-frier, oven, fire and countless pots. Although there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, leaving the room on is enough to refresh the bedrooms if the bedroom door is open and the windows are closed. Apartment clean and exactly as advertised. The garbage had a bag and there was toilet paper in the bathrooms. Location is great! Very close to the beach and secure. Great experience.

The room that leads to the gourmet area and swimming pool is sensational, as we can feel free to have a barbecue, and have fun with family and friends. The shops are nearby. Othon Host lives next door, and provides great service when needed. It makes guests super at ease and content with the receptivity. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back more often. Very good. Érica and her husband great hosts. The only thing that would be interesting to review the staircase for the bedrooms, for elderly people a little tricky to use, (charming but very inclined, rsrsrs ) but because of the conversation we had with Érica she has been with the house for a short time and is making the necessary adjustments. The house is very good, spacious, very good swimming pool and was clean daily. Thank you very much, when possible we will be back for sure.,☺️.

The house was perfectly organized and very smelly. It had everything necessary for stay, full kitchen, comfortable and clean bedding. Space to leave the clothesline covered, barbecue corner complete with new utensils and well cared for! Completely renovated and comfortable space. The check in was done in a practical and quiet way. Markets very close! I intend to come back more often.

We had a great stay. Nathália was very flexible in relation to the check in and checkout times. The house is even better than the photos. Very spacious, super well furnished. It has everything you may need in a stay. Nathália was very careful. It left basic items to make life easier for guests (bushing, detergent, toilet paper, soap powder, salt, sugar, etc.). It also has several beach chairs, cooler, sun umbrellas. There are plenty of mattresses over there. It was a delight to arrive from the beach and have the pool heated. The distance from the beach was not a problem for us since we were by car. Nathália left us with the staff phones in case of need, but we had no problem. All 100%. We love everything. We'll be back for sure!!!

I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo always attentive and proactive, even got an extra car seat during the weekend, by courtesy. Flexible Check in and Check out, I indicate for sure. Everything worked as advertised. In the week of the sack full, me, my wife and our 3-year-old son Théo traveled by car to a quiet, safe, renovated and well decorated place. We only used the bed, but Théo loved the sofa bed. We visited Boicucanga, Praia da Baleia, Juquehy, Maresias and we also took a longer tour to Enseada, in Guarujá, about 70 km away. It was worth it, and the utensils available at the site helped us a lot.
