Vacation rentals with lake access in Enfield

The perfect place for a quick weekend trip. We had some snow on our last night and the walkways and driveway were cleared for us first thing in the morning which was nice. We had everything we needed in the house and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The house is great, beautiful view of Loon Pond, easy to find, a bit close to the road. The inside is like living in a family home. I mean knickknacks and family heirlooms everywhere. Travel books filling bookcases, grandma's handmaid pierced lampshades; it has all the kitchen utensils anyone would ever need, great game room downstairs, lots of water craft in the garage. While our kids are in the flew the coup category, this is an ideal place for middle/high school kids during summer. Gentle shallow slope into Loon Pond, which is really a good-sized lake. Cathy is extraordinarily responsive (IMHO) our example was a brief issue on arrival, she was about to make a long drive to resolve, fortunately it wasn't necessary, fixed itself! Response time was always in minutes We brought our two border collie dogs (they are like family) and outside, needed to keep them on leash due to road proximity. Our visit was late Sept, and we wanted to mostly go hiking, so did not do any water activity.

This was the perfect stay for a group of friends for a few nights in the early summer. Weather permitting, the lake and dock were great to hangout on, and on colder days the fire pits provided a cozy atmosphere. There are tons of amenities which made cooking large meals easy and provided activities for all to enjoy. The hot tub was a wonderful surprise as well. Squam lake itself is very clear and great for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. On the few occasions we left the lake, the country store down the road had everything we needed too. Don was very communicative with us and was a great host. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a family or small group of friends. I’d love to come back!

Rebecca was a super host who was proactive with instructions and quick to respond to my questions. The pictures and descriptions completely matched what was stated online. No bait and switch here. Looking forward to going up over the summer with my family.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. This location is absolutely perfect for anybody that wants to be close to the water and to the town. There was so much to do and so many great restaurants close by. We loved being able to go for walks during the day and at night time the game room was perfect. We had kids ranging from ages 1 to 13. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back in the future.

Another great stay at Laura’s. This was our third one. Walking distance to the shops in Meredith. I always enjoy the sunrise over the lake and a brisk walk to George’s Diner for an early breakfast. A one-minute drive to Dunkin’s, Hannafords, and the largest thrift shop in NH, Etcetera - an annual tradition with my daughters! Laura’s home is always clean and inviting with plenty of beds and baths for our family. Looking forward to our next stay.

Our group had a great time at this place. The house was as described and so were all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and access to the marina across the way. The house had mostly everything needed for a comfortable stay! Especially enjoyed the small selection of DVDs for entertainment. Easy walking and driving distance to lots of activities and places to visit. The kitchen did not have salt and pepper and simple essentials for cooking so just make sure to bring your own. Overall had a great time and loved the space, would return for another stay next year!

Perfect place for our Labor Day weekend getaway! Direct access to the water, and accommodated our large group with everything we needed !

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Sandra's place is simply amazing. The setting right on the lake cannot be beat. The host provided so many thoughtful little extras that are not typical from an array of spices to bug spray and sun screen. We plan to come back and stay here again in the future.

Had a great stay here while skiing at Okemo. Nancy was a very helpful and responsive host. Will stay again next time.

Stayed at Alicia's for the weekend with my wife and seven year old on a ski getaway. The location was perfect for whaleback mountain, very clean (I'm allergic to cats and had zero reaction), and straight forward to find. Just read the description carefully especially if arriving after dark as one of the street signs is missing. Would definitely book again!

Excellent place to stay. We were there for a family wedding so didn't do much skiing. My son did go for a portion of a day and said was very quick/easy to Ragged Mountain. Location was great and simple to get to. Had exactly what we needed. I think it would be a great place to go for a ski trip and even better in warm weather given all there is to do and the lake location. Cindy was very friendly, helpful and quick responses to questions. The day we were leaving was in the middle of a bad snowstorm and she told us to take our time leaving and not to worry about the checkout deadline. She just wanted us to get out safely. Very kind.

My family and I recently stayed at Chris and Jen’s place for a wedding in Meredith. We were able to walk to the venue and explore the town on Meredith on foot. We also did an amazing hike up Mount Major which was only about a 30 min drive. Thanks for sharing your place! Would love to come again!

A perfect little space in a perfect location. We had all of the amenities that we needed and a beautiful view. We can’t wait to go back!

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! The cozy cottage was a great base for our trip to the White Mountains. Only 30 minutes from the Woodstock and Lincoln area via a beautiful drive. Mornings sipping coffee on the deck while taking in nature—perfection! Even with the weather being colder and foggy. A bald eagle flew right by the deck our first morning and it was stunning. It is a more rustic place, designed to unplug from technology, so just be prepared; it was exactly what we needed though. We loved our visit and would stay again!

We enjoyed a great weekend getaway at this place. Denise was a great host who were helpful and always quick to respond. The house is cozy and clean, perfect size for two adults. It is conveniently located while being private. We kayaked on Paugus Bay and hiked Mt Major. Would definitely come back again.

The cabin is clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located for access to Mount Sunapee. Great hosts with clear communication and easy check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed our stay!

We came up to Joan's lovely cottage for a peaceful, hiking Christmas vaca and it was absolutely perfect. Joan was a wonderful host, very friendly and generous. We wish Joan was our granny too!
