Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

Beautiful, cosy, spacious and well-equipped house with sea views. Our 3 boys loved the table tennis and board games. It was great to have the living room area and a slightly separate TV area as it meant we could do different things and spread out. Bonchurch, the Ventnor seafront and Steephill Cove were all lovely and the house was a great base for exploring further afield too. Would definitely recommend.

Bay Cottage was just what we all needed . A total reset from the hustle bustle. Great accommodation with beautiful views of the sea. The children and adults all made good use of the hot tub with beautiful sea views. So relaxing. The kitchen space was amazing and comes into its own with the sea views along the back of the house. Perfect location with all restaurants in walking distance . Highly recommend. We all had a brilliant time and will be returning.
