Apt. front Rosas Bay, Costa Brava, Girona with pool. Canals, Aiguamolls park and La Rubina wild beach views. The pools will operate normally this year 2024. They are full. 20 minutes walk from beach and services. Near Dalí's Museum, Dalí's house in Portlligat, Cadaqués and Creus Cape. Located in Santa Margarida with promenade that leads to Rosas (5' car); great residence with very quiet atmosphere. Small, comfortable and equipped apartment to breathe a lot of calm. Touristic tax included/price.

Close to Pals beach and the town. Samària Street apartments are the ideal place to enjoy the serenity and charms of Costa Brava. Apartment Anita features a spacious dining room with a fireplace, two double bedrooms and one sofa-bed. There are two bathrooms and a powder room. There is a bathroom adapted for a wheelchair and a comfortable sofa-bed on the ground floor. Terrace, access to a swimming pool shared with another apartment. Towels can be changed. Located in a small family residence, with only a small sent between the residence and the sea, the apartment with 2 bedrooms can pleasantly host a family of 4. View from terrace is spectacular, since there is no obstacle between the apartment and sea. From the terrace , Medes Islands as well as all of the Roses bay are visible. To go and swim, one only needs to get down into the small cove in front of the apartment. 7' away walking, there is a supermarket and a restaurant.

It's perfect, it has Everything. An 8 minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best cove in Rosas and 3 km from the center of Roses. Chic neighborhood. PK to park 1 car. Yes WIFI. Large pool, 09/15 No🏊‍♀️, terrace to eat well 4 people. Large community area with a summer lounge. Community only for 16 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 rooms to sleep comfortably 4 people. The couch has a bed inside. It has dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, gas stove, washer and dryer.

We offer you to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool . The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated while maintaining its rustic and practical essence. It has a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and first open floor with double bed. The patio is ideal for hanging a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us.

the courtyard cottage is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. At the beautiful entrance is an immense dressing room. From there, you'll access an open space where you won't miss a thing. Private terrace overlooking a lush river bank. Nice oceanfront apartment to relax with your family or friends on vacation in the Costa Brava. It has a community swimming pool and parking in front of the same apartment. There is a 160cm double bed and a 140cm sofa bed. It has wifi, smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and water heater among other things. Towels and sheets included in the rate.
