Apartment vacation rentals in Emmental District

We stayed with our young family in Daniella’s house. It was such a wonderful experience! Breathtaking views and surroundings, like being in a movie!the house was so clean and whenever we needed something our host would help us immediately! Toys for the kids, sweet to celebrate Halloween, help with getting the car up the hill, you name it! Would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s property. It was immaculate and had everything you could need. Thank you so much for the extra toys for the children to play with too. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. It’s lovely watching people skiing on and off through the week. The toboggan run right outside the apartment was excellent. We spent lots of time playing in the snow. The observation tower is a short walk from the property and offers stunning views. We had day trips to Lucerne (1 hour 20 mins), Thun (30 mins) and St Beatus Caves (20 mins on from Thun) and we used the park and rail at Matten bei Interlaken twice and visited Grindelwald one afternoon and Lauterbrunnen and Mürren on another day. Interlaken is 50mins away from the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved Janine's place and hospitality. Everything is available in the apartment and lovingly furnished. We highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone.

This was the perfect family-friendly spot and location is close to nature. From windows you can views the mountain. The host thoughtfully provided toys ,books and kitchen essentials for make our stay more memorable. Both Erika & Heinz are very loving and caring. Hope we will see you again. Thank you !

Gorgeous property out in the mountains, but within drivable distance from many hikes in the alps and the cities. Beautifully maintained, very clean, and felt just like home. Sandra and Christian were responsive and very kind!

I stayed at Erich's vacation home for one month. It is a well equipped, convenient location, away from the busy city of Bern. A car is required, since the busses don't run that often. Perfect location do explore the endless hiking trail around the Emmental region.

The property is located in the countryside. Very quiet location. The host Ueli is very friendly and approachable. I felt very comfortable in the place from the start. The front part of the apartment with the fireplace and the beautiful view is very nice. The back part is a bit gloomy, but serves the purpose. The place was as described. Thank you.

Extremely friendly and held great conversation. The space itself was very tidy, clean and organised. Had everything we needed to cook and clean as well as provided bathroom supplies.

The place is really cozy and tidy. I would like to note that Barbara and her mom are very friendly hosts. We arrived around 9pm, much later than we expected, but Barbara kindly waited for us. There are sheep grazing near the house, which are interesting to watch, they also add to the atmosphere of the place. Tip for tourists from other countries of Europe: take adapters for sockets, because some of our devices were not suitable for Swiss sockets.

Incredible in every way! The location, the space, the views, the comfort, the hot tub, the cleanliness. I could go on and on about everything wonderful about this space and the kindest hosts. I’ve already recommended it to others and will be back again. I drive a large SUV and always stress about parking, but no issues here. We parked my car and it didn’t move until we checked out as we could easily walk everywhere. If this place is available, just do yourself a favor and book it while you can!

We enjoyed our first getaway with our dog very much. The place was perfect for our four-legged friend and he was able to really let off steam and sniff everything. Pierre is very personable and reliable.

This is an adorable Airbnb!! Steffi is a spectacular host - she ensures you have everything you need, gives countless recommendations, and is very friendly! She truly made the stay all the better just by her attitude :) The apartment itself is lovely and spacious! It has everything you could possibly need and more - it's truly perfect for any stay!! And the views really are incredible! If you plan on driving through Switzerland this is a great location (it's only about an hour or two drive from all of the other main day trips in Switzerland so it's a great place to base yourself!)
